My garage door wouldn't go up or down. It was stuck in the middle. I called Blando at 7:00 AM and the repair was complete by 9:30 AM. It doesn't get any better than that!

I had estimates from 3 companies and their's was the lowest for non-insulated white paneled doors. They were able to install on Tuesday when we commited to the estimate on Friday. They were easy to work with. I would recommend/use them again.

Blando showed up about halfway through the 2-hour window that I selected. When I called, I wasn't sure what the problem was with the door, but they were able to diagnose and correct within about 30 minutes. The old spring was dumped into my garbage can and the lawn mower was returned to "its" spot before I was asked to inspect the work. I was given some maintenance tips and the whole business was quickly resolved. I'd call Blando back if needed.

Before we contacted Bando, we got a bid from another contractor. Blando offered much lower price and finished the work to perfection. I cannot be happier with the result. Rob arrived even earlier than the scheduled time. He was very kind and courteous. The price was very reasonable. What more can I ask for??

I was told that the repairman would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 PM on the day I called the company and by 12:50 the springs were replaced and the doors opened smoothly. The service man, Mark, was professional and pleasant and I am very pleased with the completed work.

Overall our experience was a positive one. The other leading garage door installer was far more responsive than Blando, but Blando's price was a little over $100 cheaper. Their service person was professional and courteous and their work was excellent. We can't believe how quiet the door operates! (Or more accurately, how loud our old door was.) In Blando's defense, their responsiveness was in part due to a new employee answering the phones and a lack of communication between him and the scheduling coordinator. Once we were all on the same page, the service was great. I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend them to all of our friends and family.

We were worried we would have to replace the whole garage door. However, they quickly came out and fixed the door without trying to upsell me.

Bill Blando gave us an estimate that was a lot lower than other bids. He was knowledgeable, showed samples, and was friendly. He charged $25 to take down the old garage door and haul it away while the other bid wanted $150 to take the door down and away. They came when we requested to remove the door and returned about 10 days later, after our new garage floor was poured and dry, to put in the new door and opener. The work was done well, when they said it would be, and it looks great. They even added an extra piece of wood on the side at no cost because our opening was not even. Everything was cleaned up upon completion. We are very satisfied and would recommend this to all. There was some difficulty connecting with them on the phone, but the extra calls were worth it. They did a great job.

Due to the fact that we had an odd size door (15 x 5, 6 x 6) the estimates from the 6 people we contacted varied greatly. Blando came out, gave a very reasonable estimate installed with an opener and new rails what most companies in Milwaukee would charge for just the door. Blando installed in a driving rain and thunderstorm on the Tuesday after Memorial day. The work was professional, the installs nice, and the door has improved our backyard appeal greatly.

Our garage door was stuck shut (but not an emergency) and Mark came out the morning after I called. He was a real nice guy and gave us advice on how to keep the garage in good working order. Will definitely call again, when we need it.

Very satisfactory. Called night before and told them I wasn't an emergency. Even so, they called 8 am. The next day ,and were here by 11:00 am. Professional, friendly workman. Got $10.00 off the cost with Angie's list coupon.

Great! The conversion added so much value to my house and the carpentry looked great. They are very quick with my service calls for the company. I can always tell my customers the door will be fixed in 24 hours, and the best part is that Blando is so reliable that I have never had to call a customer and tell them differently.

They were prompt. The service was pleasant, and they did a nice job. Our tenants could not get into the garage, and Blando came out the next day and resolved it for us. I would recommend them.

I DID HAVE TO WAIT A FEW WEEKS BECAUSE THE DOOR I NEEDED HAD TO BE ORDERED. ONCE THE DOOR WAS HERE, THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK WITHIN TWO HOURS AND EVERYTHING WORKS FINE.

They were very pleasant. They were originally going to come early Sunday afternoon. They called and asked if they could come in the morning, which was even better. They returned my phone calls right away. I really appreciate that.

I called on a Friday morning and was pleased to learn they might be able to get someone out there the same day. If not, it would be first thing Monday morning. Bill Blando called me later in the morning to say he was in my area and would stop in and take care of the problem. Wow, same day service. It doesn't get any better than this.

I would highly recommend this company if you need help with garage doors. they came 3 hours after I called. It was 5 below outside and the man that came did an excellent job. Everything has worked great since!

My overall experience was very positive. They came to our home the same day they were called. The technician was prompt, efficient, reliable, honest and very knowledgeable.

Returned first call promptly and came out within 2 days to give estimate. We did have to call after 2 weeks to see if doors were in. When we asked for a call back after a little difficulty with a door opening properly, Noone returned our call.
