They found where the ants are coming in & sprayed. Then they sprayed the rest of the outside of the house too. We were very happy w/the service and they answered the many questions we had w/out sounding pretentious. We also signed up for their quarterly service perogram.

They came on time and explained what would occur. They need to come back several times a year to make sure the problem is permanEntly taken care of. I haven't seen an any since the first application.

I called in April looking for help with my new house. The previous owners had let all trees and bushes grow over and around the house--you could not even see the house. I took all this down in November. As soon as spring hit, I had tons of bugs, bees and centipedes in my basement (this is a semi finished basement and is very clean and open). Called Batzner and was talked into the BAN system. It is a yearly contract--you pay an initial fee $155 up front and then a monthly fee. They come out every 3 months to spray inside and out. The initial visit went ok, the tech was not very informatiive or confident, I felt. But I want these bugs gone, so sticking with the program. So far they have had to come back 2x to respray for centipedes. I cant say that I am completely happy with this program yet. I was sold initially by the fact they would come elimate these creatures fast and come out free anytime you saw one if it was between the 3 month treatments. But when i call , i am giving the impression that I just need to keep waiting for the bugs to "cross" this line of stuff they spray and die off (they say could be months). So i also buy pesticides to spray myself inside and out. It definately has gotten better, but we will see if these go away and if the cost is worth it. They have come out when I call, but when they do, its like I am bothering them. Not exactly how it was sold to me.

I wanted to offer a review because I felt cornered in my conversation, and I think it's important for Baxter to understand this. I called because we wanted someone to come look at our home for mice in attic, and all of a sudden I had to choose if I wanted a one-time service or a monthly service; before I even knew what I was dealing with. I was also being told on the phone how big of a problem pests can be and keep coming back, etc. Kind of felt like a scare tactic, just to increase sales. [I get it, this is a horrible situation, don't make it sound worse to scare me into the monthly service.] So, I said that I didn't want to choose right now and just wanted an appointment; and the sooner the better. But, then I was played around with on when the soonest was; "How about tomorrow?" "Oh, not soon enough? Ok, how about today around noon?" ....... Why wasn't "today at noon" the first option (obvious). At that point I decided this was not the company for me.

They were definitely on time and got rid of the problem. We never called them back. They did the first treatment and that was the end of it. They were very good. I'll definitely call them again. They came and they said they were going to be here. They were reliable.

The Batzner folks were very professional, showed up when scheduled, performed service quickly and thoroughly. I didn't have any problems with any pests while using their service.

A friend recommended Batzner. I also checked them out on Angie's List. A fantastic experience right from the start. Very attentive with outstanding follow-up. Yesterday was the initial service call for their comprehensive B.A.N. Residential service. This program will help us manage everything from ants,spiders, centipedes and asian Beetles to mice and voles. Service Representative, Scott Knapp was assigned to our account. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable (In addition to extensive Batzner certifications, I think he even had a degree in animal sciences). Scott was professional, courteous and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why, and patiently answered all my questions. I learned a lot about pests and pest control. The experience far exceeded my expectations, and although this was our first meeting, I am confident we will see the results we are after. Without hesitation, I would recommend Batzner. After an initial cost of around $219.00, our annual contract comes to about $31.00/month. Stay tuned... So far, I would rate Batzner an A+++

We have used batzner for the past few years at our old home for stinging insect. At our old home, their service was top notch, and any return calls for problems were never at any cost to us. They even went above and beyond and treated our chimney at no charge as we had yellow jackets inside. Our new home had signs of possible rodents, as well as wasp nest around the outside of the home. So we decided to try their BAN system for a year. The technician Brant was fantastic, professional, and took his time. Top notch service as usual. Hopefully the treatments he did and the traps he set will do their job, and he also filled in any exterior holes where mice could get in. Looking forward to using them again.

They are professional. They arrived on time. They are always been very friendly. The price is right. They are on top of things.

I got their name form Angie’s List. They are supposed to be here every other month because I signed for a one year contract. They were very detailed in explaining things. I am satisfied with their service.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. They are excellent. They place bait traps so they see if there is any rodent activity in the garage and basement. Their price is reasonable.

It took two phone phones calls to get ahold of someone to come out to look at the property. There was not a very good description of service on the phone. I had expected nest removal. When I called to inquire about the nest removal at which point I was tersely informed that it would bean additional fee. However, the wasps left and didn't return during the season. So,the service was effective!

Scott from Batzner was on the job the day after we called and problem was taken care of right away , no ants at all the next day . We did sign up for the maintenance service for one year at $30.00 a month that would take care of other problems we' ve had out side with pests .So Scott will be back in spring . Scott was was very nice to talk to and he gave us a lot of good info.

Came on short notice and completely resolved problem. No problems with bugs coming bag.

We pay $20 a month. They did a lot of preventive measures, just going around the house and spraying things, looking for holes, traps or bug things to see if we have any more problem. They spray the house down and winterize it. They are very good, they send reminders out like mail reminders, they are pretty good about getting in contact and setting up appointments. They explain things pretty well like what they found, why they found it, things you can do and things they can do so communication is pretty good.

They took care of the problem the very next day.

When they quoted their price to me to come and take a look at a hole under an overhanging closet, I said, no, thank you. I decided to take a look at it myself and I believe it was a rabbit that decided to find a little security and warmth underneath and then had left before I even noticed the hole. So, I called them back and said, thanks anyhow but don't come out. The estimate was high to come and take a look at a hole. They were very polite when I cancelled. The price was prohibitive. I would use them in future depending on the price.

He was very professional and polite. He got the job done very efficiently and was very informative while he was working.

The initial visit from John at Batzner was thorough. He checked the garage attic as well as the attic in our house proper. He found evidence of mice in the garage attic. He asked if I wanted to take a look with him. We went up to the garage attic and he pointed out, to my chagrin, that the garage attic walls had been 'finished' with cardboard behind the vinyl siding. |He laid traps and came back to check them a couple of months later. So far so good three months in.

I'm very happy with their professionalism and efficacy.

I like this service and originally just wanted a bee's nest taken care of outside of our house. With the quarterly program I do not see any bugs especially spiders. The staff is friendly and I have enjoyed having this service.

I understand the problem can't be fixed in one visit so I signed up for the annual program which costs $31 per month. Hopefully, we'll continue to see results with each visit.

Very responsive - were able to come out the next day to address an ant problem. We just finished building a new home and had issues with ants and spiders due to all of the contractors leaving doors and windows open without screens. Since service was performed, we have not had any issues. We did sign up for an annual service plan at $31/month, and subsequent visits have gone well. They called to set up an appointment, arrived on time, and we have been satisfied with program.
