Description of Work: I had contacted Batzner because of a carpenter ant problem. I signed up for an initial visit and one year's worth of "barrier" protection for the house. I thought the price was reasonable and through several visits they found the ant problem. They were professional and I look forward to working with them this year.

Description of Work: It went fine very pleasant man came. It did not work. I had a mouse problem. I still have a mouse problem. I have seen them in my living quarters and found them in my garage. he was reluctant to put baits in the garage. I have a ranch home with an attached garage=part of my house. He finally said ok. I will put one on each side. I haven't seen dead ones in the garage either, just live mice. I am wondering if the poison was strong enough. I had some small holes I am working on and he put some fiberglass in the hole, however I am being charged for spraying of spiders montl also. I do not recommend this company. Also I would have had to wait tree weeks before I got the service call. I had to really beg they come sooner. There wasn"t anyone available. If I could request a refund I would. When I called, I was told basically it was a done deal. I am not happy at all.

Description of Work: They went thru entire house - in and outside. Treated affected areas. Plugged all small holes for rodents. Took pictures of larger holes so we could correct/fix them ourselves. Signed up for year contract - they just emailed me yesterday to set up apt for next svc.

Came at appointed time, completed treatments within specified time. Good communications with phone calls and written directions. Pricey but none of these treatments are inexpensive.

Description of Work: The servicer was nice enough but ran a little late. However, the products used did NOT resolve the problems. Cost is way too high, especially when the products don't work. Will call and see if they can come out and hopefully resolve the problems.

Description of Work: Obviously the value of pest control services can't be measured immediately after the initial treatment is applied, but they were very responsive since the initial inquiry. One negative was that we weren't anticipating the need to wash all the windows after they sprayed, but I suppose it makes sense. Fair warning up front would have been nice.
