Description of Work: They came out and rid my house of the mice that caused multiple thousand dollar damage. Well it chewed through the drain hose on the dishwasher, I didn't realize and we had a flood and they have gone around the perimeter of the house and closed up some openings and put out bait traps and they come in the spring and they come several times of year I have a contract with them.

I WAS QUOTED $150 TO GET RID OF STINGING INSECTS, BUT WAS NOT ASKED WHETHER HOUSE HAD 2 STORIES. WHEN TECH. ARRIVED I WAS TOLD OTHER EQUIP. WAS NEEDED FOR SECOND STORY AND MAY BE ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
