Batzner Pest Control

We are on a monthly service. They come out 4 times a year. They do a good job. I think they are great.

It went great. Duane was very professional and explained everything regarding chemicals and what to expect in regards to our bug problem. The results we got even exceded our expectations. The $150 we spent plus $37 every 3 months was well worth it!!

They came on Saturday and instead of paying for that one service, I ended up singing a contract for the whole year. I signed the contract on Thursday and they came out on Saturday and sprayed and inspected the house and they patched up 3 holes near the foundation. The come annually and do maintenance and check for bees and wasps. So far it has been great and they have done everything I have asked them to do. I got a discount and I thought that the price was fair and I paid everything upfront.

They are fine and I like them. The technicians are very nice. They come back and check if we see mice. I would continue to use them again in future.

The service technician from Batzner was very helpful and explained things fully to my wife. In the initial call the phone service rep sold us an annual package which is $155 for the first visit and then $31/month charged to your debit/credit card monthly. In return, they have promised to come out quarterly to inspect the home and provide any needed remedies. If we had selected just a one-time visit, the charge would have been around $360, so I figured for a little more, we could have a year's worth of protection and monitoring of the problem. They also have said they will come out for anything we need in between quarterly visits. They explained to us that the poison bait they use for the mice is enough to kill them, but will not harm our pets unless they were to ingest a ton of it. This was re-assuring as we have a dog who loves to hunt everything and has been known to kill and swallow whole mice. I hesitated about the monthly payment plan, but at least now we have peace of mind for the next 12 months and we can re-evaluate in the future.

They able to come out for emergency problems they also do quartley inspections. They are also thorough and well trained.

The pest control company was terrific. They did suggest some other things that I didn't want done. They were respectful of that. We did sign up to have them come out periodically for the year. We had called them years ago when we had an ant problem in our basement. The guy that had come out had explained to us and told us what we could do to clean up what we had identified. He had charged us just for the inspection. Another company would have taken advantage and made us spend a lot of money. I was very impressed with that and that's why we went back to them. I don't know how they are price wise. However, the price is not as important to me as is the reliability and other things.

They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Their treatment is effective. Only downside was the cost. Never having had a professional exterminator before I was surprised at the cost. I also didn't compare--their reputation on Angie's list was stellar and the location right and we wanted to have the problem treated immediately. When they were so responsive it wasn't worth comparing price.

I am on a plan with them where they come out 4 times a year. I am satisfied with their service. They are extremely courteous and very helpful. Once the service guy helped me with moving things to my attic and another time he offered to vacuum clean the mouse droppings that he found. So I really like them and will stick with them.

They are all very professional and courteous from receptionists to the techs. They are very punctual and thorough. I have had excellent results from their work. They are one of the best companies I have hired. Too bad all companies can't be like this! They even called with an automated message saying when they would be out for exterior work. I feel they go above and beyond. I am more than pleased!

He took time and explained everything. He was very good and knowledgeable. He was professional and explained to us what we should do in the future to handle this. They were responsive and punctual.

Nice people- very professional, very promt service--it was a few days before Christmas--the tech did what he could on the inside- the snow was too high on the outside--he informed me on how rodents infest a home, etc and showed me all the areas he found where they might be coming in--I did have to plug one area myself, because it was out of their authority to do so--but he told me how to do it and where to but the product---I was so impressed with the level of expertise and service that I signed up for monthly service---

Batzner Pest Management has me on a yearly contract. He came for an initial visit and he discovered I had ants. He is very professional and friendly.

We have used Batzner in the past and stopped our service about a year and a half ago because of a remodeling project. The service man who visited us this time was the same one that used to work on our house! He was professional and speedy, but took time to explain what he was doing too. He sprayed around all the windows in the house, and we have lots of windows! He explained that this would lessen the number of insects, but not totally stop them. For that we will have to have an outdoor treatment in the spring.

My experience with them has been good. Since they are on contract, they show up whenever they want. I wish they would have a schedule so that I wouldn t be interrupted. They do a good job, though.

They come on a monthly basis and take care of whatever needs to be done. We had mice and spiders in our house before they came. They send the same guy each time, so he gets to know the house and he knows exactly where to go. It s nice that they treat their customers individually.

They have been pretty good. They have gotten rid of our carpenter ants and our mice. They show up on time. They know what they are doing because we don't have any rodent or pest problem.

They accommodated my schedule. The man asked me about what areas had had trouble in the past, which I liked. He also offered to have the spring service inside. He called me to tell me he would be late, though he arrived on time anyway. It was great. I had a great experience with them.

I'm very happy with them. They're very professional and always nice, from the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes out here. We've had their service for a while.

They are always very nice. I have used them since I moved in here about a year ago. I believe the prior owner had used them too, and that is one reason why I used them. I have not had any problems.

I like that they are really flexible about their schedule. They seem to be really knowledgeable about their products. They are always on time or let us know when they will be there. They have good communication.
