The employee who came out was very friendly and easy to work with. He did the work that he said he would do. It ended up not being a real problem with the wasps nest, and I really haven't had them do more work since. I was able to reach them by phone, and they returned calls promptly. They arrived for the appointment when they said they would. They talked about having a green practice to address my concerns with using pesticides. Their website suggested they have approaches other than that. They manually removed the nest, but also did some spraying. I signed up for the annual contract because I didn't know if the wasps would return to my attic space. In terms of their 4 x annual service - I haven't really used this because it would involve spraying for a variety of insects, and I do not have a significant problem with other insects to warrant the use of pesticides around my home or in the basement. They did offer suggestions on how to decrease bug issues by clearing debris, organic material from around our house, etc. I may end up canceling the annual service. They are very good in their communications, very timely in contacting me for my four annual visits; but at this time and through no fault of theirs, I am paying for a service I haven't fully utilized. The main reason I signed up for the annual contract with them was because I had this recurring wasp problem in the attic. Overall, they did what I asked them to do. I don't have any comparison for the price. The contract was reasonable. I would call them back again if wasps were to return or if we had any other pest issues.

They have been very good. In all the times we needed them, they were very very helpful with some bugs that we had. They had some really good people that really helped us out. We would personally recommend them highly. We work no longer with them but just the quality of people they hire is really super. We really had a very good experience with them. They are little on the expensive side but we get for what we pay. They were very helpful for us.

My husband used them where he worked and then when we had problems here with critters because we are out in the country, we used them too. They were terrific. In terms of price, it was a one shot thing. We could have signed up and I guess they would have come out once or twice a year but we just wanted to do the one shot thing. Therefore, the price was affordable. We would use this company again.

We called the company and they were able to send a professional out on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated. We have found a number of clothing holes and were concerned we might have had beetles or moths. The consultant arrived on time and was very easy to speak with. He looked at our concerns and helped us plan for next steps. He recommended that we not treat with chemicals at that time, as the issue wasn't that serious. It was nice that he was honest. He helped run down a list of options. They were able to print a receipt right on site.

They are good. I don't have any infectious animals around.

I have been using Batzner for several years, and they have always done excellent and thorough work. I wouldn't hire any other company for my pest management needs.

We would like to grade them highly on all the categories as they were able to get rid of our mouse problem. They are due to come out this week.

Overall it was very well. The person that I corresponded with answered right away. She was really very good at cleaning things and helping me to understand. It was a very good overall experience. She was very professional and I think she has lot of knowledge in what she does.

This company has the best customer service right from the start. They seemed to genuinely care about my pest problem and even the office staff is very knowledgable. The service technician who comes to my home is always the same person so far. I have seen him the last 4 times. They are always prompt, professional and very thorough. The first visit takes several hours. I have had no problems with pests anymore and the few times I thought I was seeing too many, I call for a free service call and it took care of the problem. So far I have no complaints, I wish it were a little cheaper, but it is well worth the money to me. I would highly recommend.

They did a good job. They sprayed where the ants were coming from. They said that they should never come back and they never did.

We are very pleased with the whole process so far-from the phone call with Shirley who explained everything very thoroughly and the technician Vern who was very thorough in explaining everything he did and what to expect for 12 month agreement we signed.

They are very good. They take monthly fee from my credit card. My youngest daughter has used them and she was very satisfied, so I use them also. They are very good at diagnostic work. They come out even when I have problems. I had woodpecker pecking the way at the house, and it made a big hole. Before we repaired anything, we wanted to know what in the world was he after. Then they came out and did some diagnostic work. There was nothing there, but we closed the hole and repaired the damage. It is a very good company and I give them top rating. I have not explored the prices with other pest control services. I am very satisfied with them. They are very professional. I am older and I feel safe with the man who comes out. They send out a letter before their man is going to come and the letter has the actual picture of the fellow, so it is a nice touch.

I have a contract with them. I spend around $320 a year on their service.

The technicians are excellent and really good. I had dealt with two different companies and these were great. I had two different technicians were really good and they did a really good job.

They are really good. They are very responsive and they have a really nice program where they come out four times a year. It is a monthly fee of $41. They can come out any time I want them to on top of those four times a year. I would continue to use them in the future.

Before you gawk at the price we spent $155.00 initially to take care of an ant problem this winter and then joined the BAN program from Batzner. BAN is $31/month and includes regularly scheduled attention throughout the year and call any time service for issues that come up. Batzner calls and lets us know when they are coming and asks if we are having any issues they need to address in addition to the normal stuff. This was out first time using any exterminator and is also the first time we have not had a problem with ants and centipedes in the summer. Great service and I really like the BAN program.

We have been using them for three years now. We have been very happy with them. They come out three or four times a year. If we see any bug or rodent activity we call them and they come out immediately without charge. We pay 25 dollars a month and we have them year round. If I need them they will come out. They are always really knowledgeable and they are friendly. They explain what they are doing all the time. They usually do a diagram with all the rodent activity in the area. They let us know if there is a crack or something in the foundation which we should get plugged. They are really good about offering suggestions which has been really nice. They are pretty fair priced. They'll give you a three hour window of time and come on time.

They have a dog that is trained to detect the location of bed bugs, which is an additional charge. They are very good and very thorough. The heat treatment process takes 4 hours of time and there are 2 technicians involved. That, plus the equipment they use results in the high service fee.

We have signed up for their yearly service and they come four times a year. I thought that they were very professional, thorough, and very friendly. So far we have been very happy with them. We had carpenter ants in garage and that was taken care almost immediately. They found where the nest was, they sprayed and took care of that. We also had roaches under the sidings and corner of the house and that was taken care as well. We haven't had any problem with bug. Their price was a little bit more expensive than I had hoped. I would definitely continue using their service in the future.

The estimate was very high, required a commitment of a year with monthly charges to my credit card. They were really emphasizing their program to deal with mice - which I repeatedly explained was not a problem for us. It just seemed like a VERY comprehensive and expensive program to exterminate all bugs, mice, etc. -- when all we had was a problem with thief ants.
