They spray inside the house one and outside the next. Whenever I see a problem they will come within a day or two. They have always been very prompt and courteous. They also take the time to explain things to me.

They were good. We did not have any pest and we have not had any problems with them since we started. They do a monthly billing so I do not have to pay huge amount for the treatment when they come out. So they spread the amount or the cost of the whole year. This was the maintenance plan but if I had any problems they would come out for specific treatment. It was more than maintenance but it covered everything. They do what they say. They were more reasonable than others. The quality was great. I think they use something that was Eco friendly, so whatever they use to keep the pest out was Eco friendly.

My family recommended them. They are fantastic. Our choices came down to getting a pest management company or moving and they were cheaper than moving. It’s great quality; for the price we pay we can call them back any time we need them. When I call them I talk a real live person. I can get someone down to where we are -- which is not where their office is -- within a week. Their punctuality is great; sometimes they beat me home.

They come quartely to spray the perimiter of my home. They will come out anytime I have a need for their services in between quarters at no charge. I think they are reasonable.

I like that this company is family owned and the same person comes every time. I think their prices are reasonable and signed a service contract with them. They make the process easy, they send reminders for services needed and follow up with a call. They do not hassle me for services I do not need. I had a mouse issue in my basement and they have completely taken care of it.

They were very thorough. They went through the whole house which was good because we live in a woodsy area. They come when I call them between visits. They call me for the quarterly appointment I do not have to call them. I really like that. They do a great job for me.

The box elder bugs don’t eat anything or get in our food, but they come in the house in the winter to get away from the cold. They come in the winter and they were all in the walls. If we didn’t treat for them, we would have to leave the house. They do an awesome job. The only thing that I don’t like about them is that their appointments are really during the day. So for the time of the year when they want to come in the house, we have to make sure that someone is at home. It's a bit difficult if you are working. I love them for everything else. They have great quality, but I just wish they had more evening and weekend timings. I don’t worry about the stuff that they are using in terms of the chemicals they use and I know that they are going to do a good job. If I am not happy, they are going to come out until I am. When they say that they are going to show up, they do though not at the time I wish they would. They are definitely very professional.

I have been using them for 2 years. They are very professional and they came out right away. We had several issues and all of them have been resolved. Their price is comparable. Everyone is pretty close to the price they charge. We are in a contract with them where they come out every 3 months and it is $32 per month. They schedule you when it is time to spray different insects.

We have them under contract for semi annual pest treatment. The techs are clean and very courteous and they seem to be very thorough. They didn't get it first, but they came right back out and found another way the mice were getting into our house.

We got their name from Angie's List. We are highly satisfied with their work but I think their price is too high for what we needed. We signed up with their annual contract just because we had one problem with ants in one corner on the outside. It is not like we are overrun with critters but we signed up for the annual contract and I think it is too expensive because we don't have that big of a problem. Other than that, we are highly satisfied with them in all aspects. Their price is probably fine if you have a problem but we don't really have a problem and should not have signed up for the annual contract. I would recommend them. We would use them again, except that we wouldn't sign the contract but pay on a one-time basis.

We have an annual contract with them so they come out 6 times a year. The service has been great. Anytime we have a problem they come right out to check on it.
