Batzner Pest Control

The service technician was very professional and prompt. He began by reviewing all services to be provided as part of the contract and what we should expect. He clearly explained all the details and answered all of our questions. We did an initial walk through of the house and he followed up with a more detailed inspection while he was applying the first treatment. After the application we then reviewed what he found and some of the measures that we should do to help eliminate any future pest issues. Overall, very professional and a very good experience.

Scott, the service professional arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained Batzner's BAN system thoroughly, what it entailed and what the costs are. He also explained what he would be doing that day and proceeded to go about his job thorougly and efficiently. My original purpose for calling Batzner was that I had a lot of black ants in the house. I had not discussed the problem of the chipmonks getting into the house when I scheduled the service over the phone. But, Scott asked if I had mice or other rodent problems. So, I showed him the spot where the chipmonks were getting in and he took care of that also. Since I did sign up for the BAN system, Batzner will be coming out every three months to spray for spiders and ants.

It has been six weeks and I've not seen any pest activity-NONE!!! I'm writing this review as confirmation that Batzner did what they promised they would do-manage pest. I signed a one year service agreement and it will be money well spent.

They are polite and they do their job. The cost of the service is spread over three months and we have set it up so that the amount gets deducted automatically every month.

They're OK. They've got me locked into a monthly service. I don't see why they have monthly service. I don't feel like it's benefiting me to have them come out that often.

They got rid of our carpenter ants. They told us what to do to keep other pests under control. We didn't have to use them again. I've referred them to a friend or family member.

The process went very well. I was given a window of time for when they would arrive. They called about 10 minutes before arrival. I showed them around the house and yard. They then explained what their process was, what they were going to do, and they updated me throughout the process. They are very thorough and even patched a few different areas where rodents might get into our basement. They sprayed inside and outside the house. They also removed paper wasp nests around the house and yard. Once they were finished, they explained to me what they found, what they used, what to expect over the next few days and weeks. Very professional, very well done!

They were very competent and they did get rid of the mice.

They do very well. We haven't had an reoccurrences. In addition to treatment, they were able to give us a lot of good suggestions. The guy that came out was very helpful and friendly.

I was traveling for work while my wife was home alone when she discovered mice in our house. Needless to say this was a bad situation as she can't stand rodents. Batzner came out promptly and resolved the issues and then some. They have been out twice since then to make sure everything is under control. Their technician Paul is one of the best.

They have been awesome. I pay a little more, but I get what I pay for. I will use them again.

I had used them for about 10 years. They are very reasonably priced and I never had any issues at all. They are a great company that will be very proactive for the customer.

They do it quarterly. The price is pre paid and. I think it’s moderate. They are very efficient. They always call before they come in or drop an email. They schedule their business depending upon the time of the year. I think it’s very effective because I had a little problem with centipedes and I don’t really have too much anymore. I’ve been very happy with their service.

My husband and I recently purchased a home that had been flipped and prior to that had sat in disrepair for a very long time. From the time we moved in we saw centipedes and spiders in the home and some carpenter ants on the patio. We were not too worried about the carpenter ants, as the house is made of brick on all four sides. I called another extermination service first within the first week after we moved in and we never noticed a dramatic difference. It was like he sprayed water around the place. We would see these pests at least on a daily basis and he never layed out any devices to control them either. After six weeks, we contacted Batzner and arranged for them to come out the same week I called. Dave arrived within the two hour window as scheduled and inspected the home from top to bottom including the roof and gutters, garage, and the inside and outside of the basement, as well as the rest of the house. He laid out bait traps, sprayed each room, the garage and basement, and the perimeter of the home, as well, and recommended some things that we could do to lessen our chances of encountering the pests. Most of them were small things, which we took care of right away. Dave was here just under an hour and a half, whereas the first guy from the first company we called was here for probably only 30 - 45 minutes. Since his arrival nearly two weeks ago we have not seen one insect in our home. Even the carpenter ants are gone from the patio. I am glad we signed up for Batzner's quarterly program that is charged at a monthly rate to keep these critters at bay.

I've used them for about two years now. They come out when I call them. They are always on time, the people are all very personable and they do the job. I have not had many problems since I have started using them.

They cleared up the problem. I am sure that their price is the cheapest.

I pay them an annual fee for the year. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They're fantastic. They look in every nook and cranny for the spiders and mice that I don't like.

They do a home inspection in the spring and fall for potential entry-points for animals. They are awesome. Don comes and does such a thorough job! They spray everything. They know we've got dogs, so they use something that's pet-friendly. They also spray the interior twice a year. They are so polite and are really accommodating to our schedules.

I pay them quarterly but I’m not really sure how much it is. The price is worth it because I have no bugs, and that’s all I care about. They were just very nice and they took care of it. Nothing is perfect as far as pests are concerned. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are very professional. In our old house, we had a mouse problem. They took care of it the first time they were there. They're all just very professional. The technicians are just very friendly. It's very convenient to have them come in quarterly, as opposed to monthly, which is what Orkin used to do. I plan on continuing the service in the future.

They are easy to get ahold of. They are very helpful and kind. They have been very professional. They have gotten rid of the bugs we had, and they are friendly to my pets.

They charge $370 a year, but they just charge my credit card monthly. The summer ones are outside the home. The winter ones are inside and they have to be home. They always call to let me know when they are going to be coming, so I am just aware of it if I have kids or pets so I can keep them away from the perimeter. If I have any windows open, they tell me to keep them closed for a couple of hours. Their technician is awesome. He is very good to work with. The cost is very reasonable compared to when I kind of shopped around.

We have used them for several years and they come out on an ongoing basis. They come out quarterly on a regular basis and anything we need in between. They have been pretty responsive and excellent. I have no basis to compare the price to. I will continue to use their services in the future.
