Description of Work: A little on the pricey side for bed bug servicing. I also had some errors on my bill where I was billed one too many installments, had to ask for copies of invoices that were not sent to me and had to follow up on my reimbursement since the person that I had been working with was no longer there and hadn't processed my refund before they left. Batzner was very responsive when I followed up and I did get my refund though.

Description of Work: The technician was VERY knowledgable! He spent over an hour walking through the house...looking for the bat that was flying around my basement. We never found it, but the understanding about bats and pests in general was worth the fee. If I had know all this a day before maybe I wouldn't have been yelling like a teenage girl. Thanks guys, great job.

Description of Work: Batzner completed a very thorough and professional inspection of my home to verify if we had bed bugs or not, after another company failed to accurately inspect. Batzner's bed bug dog is certified the other company's dog was not. And, yes they detected bed bugs. I have every confidence in this company and will be using them to complete the heat remediation treatment when my cousin (the culprit of the bed bug issues) moves out at the end of the month after we treat his items as well.

Description of Work: The tech came out to perform our initial service on 4/25/2011. Our primary issues are Asian Beetles and Box Elder bugs. However, we also have occasional wasps, yellow jackets and pavement ants and have had a couple mice over the years. We live adjacent to a conservancy and have a lot of critters and bugs in the vicinity of our house. We signed up for the quarterly BAN service in addition to the fall Beetle and Box Elder service. We really won't know how effective the service is until later this fall. The service is a lot of money; approx $500 per year. It will be worth it, if it substantially the bugs! Steve, the tech was extremely upbeat, knowledgable and helpful. Reading through the comments by other Angie's list members encourages me to think that it is a worthwhile expense. Time will tell and I will report back to the list in six months.

Great job.
Description of Work: We had a small hole in the plaster siding of our house. After Tom and his associate examined the area they found that a sparrow had pecked at the area and created a hole in which a it had made a nest. All the nesting material and a dead baby sparrow were removed. They injected a type of foam that filled in the open space. Tom was very prompt and explained everything to us. Excellent job!!
