Everything turned out fine with the service from American Tree Experts.

As far as I know, it turned out okay. They were here twice as expected. The tree is still standing so I guess everything is okay. They were polite. They left the paperwork. They explained what work they were going to do and it went from there.

They're good. I have been using them now for 15 years. They seem to do work for a reasonable price. They clean up after they're done. I will use them again in the future.

They were fine. We know them because we've had them before. We trust their people. They do a really nice job. They clean up after themselves and they're very efficient and they show up when they say they're gonna be here. My son is an arborist but he doesn't work there and he likes working with them. It's a very reasonable price.

It was very good. They were actually cheaper than the first place that I have contacted because they came in with a truck and it was a really better price for me. They did a good job. It was a very good deal.

The service was excellent. It was absolutely perfect. We have a very large tree in the backyard and it was tucked in between two different lots. They just did a wonderful job. They took everything away. They were extremely polite. I would absolutely use them again. Compared to another estimate we got from our lawn company that wanted $1,600, this one wanted $1,235. It was a very large tree. I could not have it any better. It was very nice. They did everything efficiently. They took care of the other people’s property. I do not see that very often.

They are very prompt, they come and they do it. There's never any fuss. They just take care of it for us. They are helping the tree. It's a spruce tree and there's a disease going around here in Wisconsin that's killing the spruce trees. They have been spraying it and we do get new growth on the tips but with that kind of tree, we can't replace for its loss. They took down a tree down for us several years ago too and they were very professional. It was dangerous because it was a softwood tree that was close to the house. They did a good job of it. They had guys up there in those special equipment with ropes and everything. They are not cheap, but I think they are reasonable. They are not out of line.

It was a reasonable job and not a perfect job.

It’s been 5 years now and the tree is still here so it looks like its working. We find them very conscientious and very capable. I’ve been using them for about 6 or 7 years. We especially enjoy interacting Jesse, I believe she’s the owner.

For tree service we have used American Tree Experts and we have used them for years. He has been out here a number of times. I do the shrubs and they do everything else. The cost varies depending on how many they do and how much work they have to do. They are good. They are very dependable. They clean up the yard. They give us good advice.

Performed as expected without any problems

They have treated my oak trees. I've also had branches fall from my oaks and they've come out and removed them. They also trimmed them. I am familiar with them and I believe they do great work.

Estimate was timely. Took a while to get work done (6 weeks)partially due to persistent rains and soft ground this spring. Work was done as scheduled, all in one day, absolutely superb job with compliments from neighbors on it. Workmen totally professional, competent and dedicated. No slowdowns or breaks during the day. It went very well. He was right on time and he explained everything really well to me. I feel like that is a reasonable amount to expect.

HE WAS VERY PROMPT, KNOWLEDGIBLE, COURTEOUS AND PATIENT WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. WE HAD USED HIS SERVICES ONCE BEFOR AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THAT EXPERIENCE ALSO IF WE NEED SUCH SERVICES IN THE FUTURE WE WILL CERTAINLY CALL HIM AGAIN.

They saved our flowering crab, which this year is the most beautiful it has ever been. The trees they trimmed look better and healthier as well. They were efficient and very clean and polite. They follow up every year and I would definitely hire them again.

Provided an initial consultation and estimate visit. Estimate was 2/3 as expensive as other estimates I had received. Called ahead of actual day of work (as requested) so that I could be home that day. All work done per expectations. Workers were professional and hard-working. Cleanup was flawless.

I thought they did a very professional job and the price was reasonable. The prices were competitive compared to other tree services in the area. They cleaned up wonderfully. I would have never known they were here, expect that they left a note. I was pleased with the service.

They were very knowledgeable and experienced. They were professional Arborists. They came out within twenty four hours of me calling to schedule the appointment. I asked about the disease, Fire Blight. The Arborist was unsure so he called the owner. The owner called be back within an hour. He was very responsive. The trees look better but I will have a better understanding of their work in the Spring time. They were very attentive to detail. The price was better than two other companies I looked into. The are not the cheapest, but well worth the money. I would definitely hire them again.

We were going to cut the Pine trees down but they trimmed them instead which worked very well. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up everything. I would use them again in a second. The price was fair and exactly what they quoted.

It took two trips to complete the job. I thought they should have trimmed more the first time but it broke again so they came back. They were punctual and they cleaned up well. The service seemed expensive but everything turned out of fine.

They sent out two people and it took them about two to three hours. They did everything to my sanctification and I was pleased with the service. They cleaned up well and left nothing behind. The man even asked me what I wanted trimmed and also asked if his work was sufficient. He wanted to ensure I was happy with the job.

Owner Jessie is arrogant and more worried about showing his credentials than good service. It was a bit of an emergency situation since a large branch had broken and fallen over our 2 story deck and we were having a large BBQ in a few days. I was quoted a price for emergency per/hr service over the phone and agreed. Jessie showed up unannounced and gave me a written quote which I was required to sign. After service was performed it would have been cheaper paying the emergency per/hr fee than what he quoted based on the # of hours actually worked by the crew. I also had to continue to monitor the 2 crew members because I felt they were not doing what was best for the esthetics of the large trees. One was very, very nice and the other acted as though I was inconveniencing him. Their clean up was marginal. Would not recommend them.

Very happy with company...from the gal who answered the phone to the men who came out to our house...quality work.
