Description of Work: They treated an ash tree that was dying. They saved the tree.

Description of Work: Snow removal fo driveway and front entry. I have used them for the past several years and am satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: They removed an elm tree that had Dutch Elm Disease. Entire tree, including stump removal. They did a good job. The only negative was that they billed us for damage to their chain saw because there were rods in the tree that we were unaware of. I think this should have been just a cost of doing business and not billed to us. This added approximately $300 to our bill.

Description of Work: They plow our driveway, so when I saw that they got a good grade on Angie's List for tree work, I contacted them. A certified Master Arborist came and evaluated our trees. Three needed to be treated and eight to be pruned. Everything was done professionally.

Description of Work: Needed firewood. This place was close to me, plus they had the best price out there, so I paid and picked up wood that day and the next. The face cord was neatly piled in a rack so it was very easy. Price was the best I could find and the quality was great. This place also plows my driveway each winter and does an outstanding job at a reasonable price. I'd recommend on each count!

Description of Work: American Tree Experts are currently treating our American elm tree. They have also trimmed our trees and maintained the health of a 40-year old magnolia tree that began to split at the trunk. They call us before they come (as we requested) and have been prompt in following up with any of our questions.

Description of Work: Trees looked amazing when they were done, so much better looking. Original contractor who came to look at the trees was very knowledgeable but a little condescending when I asked if my arbor vitae should be trimmed, as if i should know they don't "need" to be trimmed, only for asthetic reasons. If I knew that, I wouldn't have asked since I do not know much about trees. Aside from that the service was great, they made the trees look wonderful and cleared away all the debris.
