Steve returned my call immediately and set up an appointment. Before the appointment he called to confirm. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the unit. We also asked him to look at a defective cook top while he was there. He diagnosed that problem quickly and will order the parts and return to install. We will definitely be using Steve again for any appliance repair.

I left Steve a voice message over the weekend stating that we needed a refrigerator repair as soon as possible. Steve called early Monday morning to tell us he would be coming that day. He added that he was calling customers to schedule a more exact time and would get back to us with an estimated time of arrival. He called back a little later to give us a window and showed up at the beginning of that time period. I've always liked the way Steve handles this part of his business. As always, Steve was prompt, professional, clear, and honest. He fixes the actual problem - sometimes a part within a part - keeping customers' cost to a minimum. We hired him the first time, years ago, when he was the only one of three contractors I called who didn't immediately suggest an expensive solution to a dryer problem I described. He thought it could very well be a smaller part within a larger module. It was, we were sold, and he has consistently maintained that approach.
