+ -1 moreWe requested a quote from Maple Leaf for the structural integrity of our home and basement remodel. Robyn contacted me right away to set up a date and time. She was extremely courteous and professional on the phone and through e-mail. The day before the visit she phoned to confirm the appointment. Robyn and Steve showed up the next day at the agreed upon time and were extremely professional, helpful, and thorough. They provided us with an evaluation of our basement structure support and gave us honest, straightforward, and detailed feedback on what needed to be done. Steve finished up by taking measurements for our basement remodel. We were impressed with Robyn and Steve during this initial consultation - they took the time to listen and evaluate our basement and were courteous, professional, honest, detailed, and thorough. We look forward to working with them on our basement remodel.
