Called on a Saturday at 730am and he returned my call right away. Professional on the phone, direct questions and stated that he would be responding to my location after he got his things together. He called just before he left to give us an ETA. Arrived with all his equipment and a great attitude considering it was cold out and again, a Saturday. Courteous and considerate to our house and worked hard until the issue was resolved. It ended what we thought was frozen pipes (due to loss of heat) to the well pump not working. He then called another company to assist since it was more then he could handle and they responded within the 1/2 hour (Town and Country Well Drilling, LLC). When they arrived, he assisted the other company and all of us together managed to pull out 130 feet of piping and the well pump and get it back together with a new one within 5 hours of the first call. Great Team Work and such an amazing attitude. Work ethic which is at times is hard to find. Mr. Bruder then called later that night and again the next day to make sure we still had water. Again, I can not say enough. Would definitely recommend him to the neighbors and the surrounding area. Thanks Mr. Bruder you were AMAZING! A Plus!

Shower was unglogged immediately. Pipes where still leaking. Arranged a date to come back and fix pipes and drain. Came back on agreed date, completed work very quickly and efficiently.

He was very nice and professional. His price was very reasonable.
