This is the second bathroom that Wolf & Sons and Recker Remodeling did for me and they did an amazing job again. They replaced a large tub, reworked the sub floor, tiled around the tub, new toilet, vanity, and floor. They are very honest, friendly, and thorough.

Fantastic job upgrading our sump pump situation. He recommends good products and installs them perfectly. He even checks back months later to make sure everything is working well. I'm giving his card to everyone I know that needs a pro.

Company would only communicate via text message which made things very difficult to communicate. They also would not provide a detailed written estimate so i could submit it to the prior owner or apply for financial assistance. I hired someone else that did the job for 1/3rd the price. Wolf & Sons is VERY overpriced labor charges!

Paul is honest and easy to work with and was very dedicated to getting the project complete ahead of schedule. This was the first big project I've had done in my house and am happy with how smoothly it went. The job was to gut a small bathroom, replacing the toilet, vanity, sub-floor, floor, trim, tiled tub/shower with a acrylic set, and replace the door with a pocket door. The project took 2 weeks to complete and I am very happy with the end product. Whole project was around $9500 for parts and service.

Paul, owner, did excellent job on both accounts. Talked through the jobs thoroughly and was very transparent about costs involved.

Paul was very quick to respond to messages and do the work. He is very knowledgeable and down to earth. Would definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs!

Paul responded to my call immediately. I was able to make an appointment early the very next day. Paul and his assistant Adam showed up on time and were extremely courteous and efficient. He investigated the problem and explained what he would do to fix the sewage backup issue. After the fix he tested it multiple times to ensure I no longer had sewage backup and that the water was running through the system pipes as expected. I was extremely happy with his work and experience. Also grateful that he came so quickly. I would definitely call him again if needed.

Needed to order parts for both and Paul fixed both as soon as the parts came in. Very pleasant and professional.

Project is complicated and will probably use Wolf for the plumbing portion, but they are not as suited to work as a general contractor when there are many steps in the project.

Contacted Paul because of the all positive reviews and he didn't disappoint. Like most others have said, Paul shares his knowledge and gives the customer some options, always explaining why he recommends certain products. He also cleaned out our kitchen faucet for no cost and got it running better than it has since we've been here. Service and communications are top notch. We will be back when plumbing needs dictate.

Paul had excellent service and especially great communication. That was very much appreciated and he was not only prompt in being on time but accurate in his estimate and overall cost. He and his staff were efficient and able to get the job done in only a little over two hours. They cleaned up nicely afterward and were able to provide additional information on other jobs to be completed in my home at a later date. I would most definitely hire Wolf and Sons again and would recommend them as a high quality and professional business!

The work was done yesterday. Then last night the sink backed up again after we put a piece of lime down the disposal. We called Paul and he was here by 8:00 AM this morning and fixed it. Turns out you can't just put big chunks of fruit down a disposal. Paul fixed the problem in 20 minutes and didn't charge us anything for the work done.

This is our second time working with Wolf and Sons plumbing. They did some kitchen plumbing work for us last year. This bathroom remodel project started by us removing our old tub only to realize that this project would take someone way more skilled than us! We did some comparison shopping for bathroom remodel providers through Angie's List but came back to Wolf and Sons because a) we had worked with them before and trusted them b) they did the entire bathroom remodel themselves without having to bring in a subcontractor c) they gave us a reasonable quote for the work we asked of them. Paul began by giving us different tub styles to choose from which he could order himself. He also explained that it would be just as well for us to purchase the toilet on our own with some suggestions to help us out with the purchase. He listened to what we wanted for both the tub and toilet and the choices he gave us were right in line with that. We let him choose the tub fixtures but he did ask for our approval before purchasing them. He also gave us some guidance for what tile would work best for around the tub and recommended we shop around. So glad we listened to him! Paul set up a start date to coincide with the arrival of the tub. He and Kevin started promptly on the scheduled start date and were very professional with their set up, laying tarps from the entrance all the way to the bathroom. Also worth noting is that they wore company attire. Unfortunately, we were unable to be here during the majority of the remodel but Paul communicated VERY WELL through text and phone calls. He would send photos as necessary for us to make decisions. They were very patient with our decision making! He would make sure to talk to us at the end of each days work to make sure the next days work was clearly laid out. Nothing was ever assumed by them and we were in charge of the decisions all along the way. On occasion, Paul would have an idea for what he thought work work best for a particular situation and we would trust his opinion~ after all, he is the expert. The project took just over a week to complete (no work on the weekend). We are extremely satisfied with the final outcome of the remodel. The tile work looks amazing and the advice that Paul gave us for it worked out better than we could have imagined! The final bill was true to the estimate he originally gave us.

He was just awesome! He was on-time, friendly, and provided excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price. Answered my questions promptly. We have found our go-to plumber.

Wow! I have a 50 year old house, and all the plumbing (except the boiler and the water line to the fridge) is original. At that age, valves and iron pipes are starting to fail and need replacement. This leak arose when I was about to go out of town. Paul and Kevin were able to come over the same day to diagnose the problem and present me with a plan and quote, and back first thing the next morning to complete the repairs. It turned out that the supply line needed to be replaced (no surprise), and so did the faucet and drain. Paul and Kevin did that, and also added shutoff valves. I am so happy to have the shutoff valves---their absence is what turned this into an emergency instead of just an inconvenience, since I could not just shut off the water and deal with the leaky water line when I got back. They ran into a wrinkle when they took the old faucet off and discovered that the china sink (in beautiful condition) had an unusual configuration of holes for the water lines---the new faucet would not fit. Paul got creative and---very carefully!---used a diamond bit saw to widen the hole in the sink, so the new faucet could be installed without having to replace the sink. He saved the sink, and saved me a bunch of money on replacing it! I am thrilled with Paul and Kevin's work. Paul was very quickly responsive to my communications, went out of his way to accommodate my travel deadline, and was very transparent about what he was doing, why, and what each step would cost. I plan to bring them back in the spring for some other work.

After listening to our toilet run endlessly for far too long, my husband and I looked into DIY ways to troubleshoot the problem. When we realized it was not going to be simple for non handypersons such as ourselves, we decided to look into a professional plumber for the job. While we were at it, we figured we would have a plumber look at our kitchen sink since it had been leaking under the sink and we were tired of emptying the stagnant water from the bucket we had placed under there to catch the leaking water. We joined Angie's List so that we could find a reputable plumber and we struck gold! Wolf and Sons plumbing were the only company we contacted. Paul responded immediately to our e-mail inquiry and set up a free estimate walk through on a Saturday since our work schedules did not permit us to be home during the week. We needed updated plumbing pipes under the kitchen sink, new basket strainers/air gap/faucet/fixtures for kitchen sink, and the toilet flapper in guest bathroom replaced. We felt confident in his estimation and explanation of the work that needed to be done so we decided to hire him for the job. Paul was very flexible with setting up a time that worked for all of us. We settled on a weekday evening. Day of service, Paul called us shortly before the scheduled appointment to let us know his exact arrival time. Great communication! He and his co-worker, Kevin, were very professional yet laid back in the time they spent with us~ we all made small talk at times. Paul explained again what they were going to do and went at it. Kevin replaced the toilet flapper while Paul started on the much bigger job, the kitchen sink. They were cognitive of the fact we had 2 cats lurking around and made sure to keep the doors shut on their trips out to their truck for parts/tools. Throughout the job, they showed us what they were doing and explained what the repairs would do to help the problems. When the job was finished (in about 2 hours), they showed us the completed work and explained once again what they had done to fix the problems we had addressed. They cleaned up left everything nice and neat. Paul let us know that if we had any problems with either the toilet repair or the kitchen sink repair to contact him right away (our toilet is obsolete so there was a chance the repair of the flapper would not work, which Paul explained to us from the beginning, but for the small price of the part thought was worth a try and if it did not work he would comp the price of a toilet and install that for us). I am happy to report that we no longer have a need for a bucket under the sink and we no longer have to listen to the toilet running. We have some other plumbing things that Paul addressed during our initial walk through estimate which we did not have done at this time, but we will definitely be contacting Wolf and Sons Plumbing again in the future to complete this work!

Paul Wolf was very accommodating and flexible since we had a changing schedule in a kitchen remodel project. When our schedule changed, he changed his schedule make sure our project continued on pace. His work was very professional and good quality. He offered many suggestions to help us make good decisions regarding the plumbing project. The price for his work was very reasonable and project outcome was very good.

The evening before a predicted huge rain fall was to come I discovered that the sump pump kept tripping out the circuit board. The next morning, having used Paul Wolf a previous time I called for his assistance. I received his voice mail and within an hour he returned the call from North Carolina where he was of vacation with his family. I explained the situation and Paul decided we could not wait for him to return. He said he would make a call for an associate that he trusted to come yet that day.(Remember, Paul is on a vacation.) Around noon a second call came from Kevin, saying he had been on contact with Paul and could be at my house within the hour. The first thing that impressed me was before Kevin even set foot into my house he laid down a drop cloth. The sump pump was not an easy fix since he discovered that when the house was built a proper base was not put in for the sump pump and so it had been encased in mud as well as sucking up mud. (I found this interesting because this was the second sump pump I was replacing since I moved here and the company that installed the first replacement never mentioned that they felt anything was amiss!) Kevin completed his work, did an excellent job of cleaning up all the mud that had been pulled up with the sump pump and said he would be in contact with Paul to discuss how they might take care of the improper foundation so that this same problem would not reoccur in another two years. I had to leave for work before the job was finished and felt very comfortable leaving the house to Kevin and asking that he lock up when he was finished.You simply can not be led astray by using Wolf and Sons Plumbing and Heating.

Service was outstanding! Paul was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I had many questions and concerns and he took the time to explain and recommend the best option for me. Water heater was installed a day after my initial call and work was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call Wolf and Sons Plumbing again for any future needs, and will highly recommend them to friends and family.
