Description of Work: Ordered wrong curtain rod, didn't line curtain, didn't ask how far above door frame we wanted curtains hung and hung right up next to our crown molding, hung crooked, rehung crooked, rehung and curtain would not close all the way, and then rehung crooked again, admitted she did everything off memory and never looked at the file. Valence had to be remade, again suggesting a fabric and then telling me it was a very limp fabric for type of valence we wanted, but kept reminding us that she was the professional with 20+ years of experience. Everything that could have gone wrong, did. The workmanship of the drape and valence was beautiful, but that is done by her sister. If we could deal directly with her sister and by pass Lori, we would come back. So, we would never recommend or use Sew Biz again!

+ -1 moreSew Biz did a wonderful job. I could not be happier with the work performed. I have had many compliments on the look of my windows and do not know anyone who has the same treatments that I have.
Description of Work: Custom made window treatments for home. Blinds, roller shades and custom drapery and hardware. Designed and installed by them.
