The remodeler I am working with had recommended Riverside and spoke very highly of their services... so I called for help with my 2 water heaters that were both not working. I am so appreciative of the quick response and the quick fix. I had questions too about how those were configured and everything was explained to me. This was so helpful and I now have a company that I will continue to call for whatever plumbing needs I have in the future. I highly recommend Riverside. Thank you!!!

The new pump is working fine. The price was very high but most of that was for the pump part. The labor portion was $210. This is a specialized pump selected by the engineers that designed the muni sewer system. I am dismayed by the price of the pump, but you cannot just substitute any type of grinder pump (Google "eone grinder pump" to see example). The pump being replaced was around 17 years old, so that life span is a little disappointing too, but that is on the manufacturer. Enough about the pump. Riverside Plumbing did a good job. This was not an emergency so we scheduled it around their other workflow. The pump was making noise (bearing failure) indicating failure was not far off. I was given a couple of call backs on when their plumbing technicians might become available to get the pump installed. I was also offered two "service levels" of pump rebuild or a full replacement. The two levels of rebuild were quoted at around half the price of full replacement and two-thirds the price of full replacement. Of course rebuilds come with more risk of near-future failure, so I chose the full replacement. It was nice to have these lower cost options even though I did not choose them. I believe the rebuild options were represented fairly. I would hire Riverside Plumbing again. I will take my grinder pump part complaints up with the muni sewer utility district.

I was searching for a plumbing company to do some work on my house (duplex). Riverside Plumbing was recommended to me by my boss and I saw that they had excellent reviews so I decided to call. The only complaint I have in dealing with them is that their response time to calls and voicemails isn't the best, sometimes waiting for days at a time or having to leave multiple voicemails before sometime got back to me. It may have been a busy time of year for them. Travis, the owner, came to my home and took a look at everything that needed to be done and gave me a free estimate, which I really appreciated. Being a new homeowner I had numerous questions about my plumbing and Travis answered each question honestly and explained anything I didn't understand. Two plumbers came to do the work, Jerry and Chris. They called about 15-20 minutes before they came to let me know they were on their way. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, didn't waste time, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain what they were doing. They are true professionals, know their job very well, and I recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

The results were unreal! We called Riverside Plumbing LLC and they set up a time they would be at our home and called 20 minutes prior to the designated time and said they'd be here within 10 minutes and they were. The plumber came in and spent about an hour and a half working on our various issues. He replaced the ones he found to be defective with the ones the manufacturer supplied. My wife mentioned that the sewer smell in our home was a real problem and we wanted it fixed. The Riverside Plumbing man suggested that we could have a smoke test done on our home to determine if we had proper venting. We asked them to get back to us with a price and we would move forward. 1 week later a gentleman ( Travis) came to our home because we still had the odor and wanted to find a solution. Travis did an extensive examination of our plumbing system and found the problem that was easily solved. He fixed it and the smell went away. We asked when we could expect the bill and how much it might be? To our surprise and elation he said there would be no charge. We were quite impressed by his company's integrity.

I was in a jam. Sold my house but the new buyers wanted to close in 25 days. Travis was here at 6pm and worked for 2 hours to fix the problem to clear the contingency. I am a big fan. They were also a sub-contractor on a home remodel in the past and they were excellent.

They are very prompt, accurate, and honest.
