It went very smoothly. R.B. Services was sensitive to our need of a computer, so he did one at a time, and was very prompt with both of them. The computers are running well now, two months after the service. R.B. Services also offers training and we plan to hire them for that in the winter months when there are not so many other activities going on.
Description of Work: Tuned up two computers, including removing spyware and viruses, updated software applications as needed, provided ongoing support and training on keeping computers trouble-free.
