+ -1 moreMark was a pleasure to work with. He came out to do a 2nd (free) estimate after I changed my mind about the location of the attic access (from garage to inside house). He arrived promptly for the estimates and the installation. A few hours into the job, he realized there was issue with the location of some electrical wiring in the attic, so he wasn't able to complete the work that day. But he graciously contacted an electrician and coordinated their schedules so they could meet here the following week to re-route the wiring so he could finish installing the stairway. He did not charge me extra for anything. (I paid the electrician separately, of course.) I will definitely call Mark first if I have any carpentry needs in the future. He's friendly, honest, and does quality work.
Description of Work: Installed a disappearing wooden attic stairway inside my house.
