I paid 14k for work to be done, which included putting up trim around the windows. Before the project began we had a discussion on the color of the trim. He put up primed, white trim. Then charged me 22 hours at 75$ an hour to take a strip of wallpaper down. I work 3rd shift, I was here and the paper was down when I woke up. I am not rip vanwinkle, I was not sleeping for 22 hours!

We had a small deck repair. Kain Construction was willing to do a small job and I really appreciate that. Two great guys, one day and I have a deck that should last some years yet. Thanks!

I found the whole experience from beginning to end to be fantastic. I can not say enough about all the workers involved in the project. Have had more compliments on this deck and patio than I did on our whole house remodel (done by another contractor). Thanks to Kevin and his crew, I highly recommend them.

Kain Construction was great to work with. We hired them to replace a rotting exterior door on our garage. Kevin showed up and replaced the door quickly and efficiently. Definitely a great value.

I didn't expect a call back because the first two I contacted via Homeadviaor never followed up after the initial contact. I contacted Kevin via HomeAdvisor who called me the next morning and said it could stop by that same day. The time couldn't have been more perfect. It was a little job and was done well! VEry happy!

Kevin replaced screen in storm door. Did a great job. Very nice and friendly.

I hired Kevin to replace 3 windows in our 2nd garage, sub contract the total insulation, & total dry wall installation. He completed the job much sooner than expected & saved me $1,000s of dollars. If you need any type of work done I would highly recommend him.

Kevin came up with a creative solution to my complicated stoop/well/basement repair. He finished the job with detail and professional results, and up to code. No leaks in the basement now, new deck stairs, my basement well protected and safe. He was a bit late in scheduling the job or I would have given him the full 5 stars.
