house cleaning
+ -1 moreHave had them for a couple years now and are happy with them. The one gal lives a couple miles from here and has a key to the house incase we are not home. Then the 2 of them can get in and start the cleaning thing here.
Description of Work: They came over and spoke with my wife and after a bit of talking they started work. They dust, ( my wife has way to many knick knacks ) vacuume, do all the flooring that is not carpeted and steps, bathrooms. They do this every month. At differant times of the year after they get done with the monthly stuff they do the blinds, woodwork, lighting and bathroom walls and stuff.

+ -1 moreWe have had them come over once a month for a little over 2 years now and have been satisfied with the service. Due to health reasons we have asked them to help us with some extra stuff not related to cleaning. They said no problen and did it with out extra charges. They are happy and smiling and work well together. Have recomended them to friends.
Description of Work: Wash floors, clean the bathrooms, dust, vacuum. Once a year extra heavy cleaning.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY UNHAPPY THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I HAD EXPLAINED TO THEM WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM THAT IT WAS A VERY LARGE JOB, VERY DIRTY AFTER REMODEL WORK WAS DONE. THEY REPLIED THEY LIKED THE CHALLENGE AND THE MORE WORK THE BETTER. I MET THEM AT THE HOUSE, TWO DAYS PRIOR TO MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY MOVING IN, AND SHOWED THEM EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY SAID THEY COULD DO IT. WHEN I RETURNED LATER THAT DAY, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY MOPPED THE FLOORS WITH DIRTY WATER, BECAUSE EVERYTHING HAD A CHALKY LOOK TO IT. THE WOODWORK WASN'T WIPED DOWN AND THE WINDOWS WERE DUSTY FROM THE REPAIR WORK TOO. I CALLED THEM TO COME BACK AND THEY WORKED ON IT AGAIN THEN TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NEED SPECIAL CHEMICALS TO CLEAN THE DRYWALL DUST OFF OF THE HARDWOOD FLOORS AND WOODWORK. THEY REFUNDED ME $25.00 IN THE MAIL AND WOULDN'T ANSWER MY CALLS.
Description of Work: I WAS GIVING MY DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND A HOUSE WARMING GIFT BY HAVING THE HOUSE THEY JUST BOUGHT CLEANED AFTER EXTENSIVE REPAIRS/REMODELING WORK. I WANTED ALL HARDWOOD FLOORS, WOODWORK, WINDOWS CLEANED. THE WORK WAS NOT DONE TO SATISFACTION AND I CALLED AND TOLD THEM SO, THEY CAME BACK AGAIN AND IT WASN'T ANY BETTER. THERE WAS DRYWALL DUST COVERING ALL THE WOODWORK AND FLOORS. THERE WAS A CEILING VENT/FAN IN THE BATHROOM THAT WAS COVERED WITH THE DUST. IT LOOKED LIKE THEY DIDN'T TOUCH A THING. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM AND COULDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK.
