They did a fantastic job resurfacing the floor and putting on a polyaspartic coating. They were professional, efficient and got the job done in the one day they promised. I will be able to park my cars back in the garage in two days. I'm very happy with their surface.

I was very happy with the work. Terry was very responsive and addressed an unexpected issue (concrete saturated with salt) that increased his material cost and time commitment without increasing the original quote. The floor looks great!

Some additional prep work was required to ensure bonding of the coating material. This meant the completion took more than a day but it was worth the extra time to have a terrific looking garage floor.

Our garage looks brand new! Terry was very thorough in explaining the process when he gave us our estimate and answered all of our questions. The samples he brought do not even do justice to the finished product, it looks so good I didn't want to drive on it! Both Terry and his son Nick were not only extremely professional but very personable, and I've recommended their services to many. We have a 2.5 car garage and the process took about 8 hours.

The floor looks like a showroom. I can't believe the difference it makes - WOW. There are 5-6 steps to this process and they really knew what they were doing. Work was completed in about 7-8 hrs. on a very hot day - no breaks - just work! Terry and his son were amazing. They even helped us move out a big tool chest and workbench when they arrived. I am more than pleased.

Norgal Concrete Coatings did a wonderful job on our floor. They suggested installing the flooring on a weekend so that it would be cured before we moved into the house the following week. ON A WEEKEND! The three guys worked hard and thoroughly prepared the floor for the coating with diamond grinding. Since we had our floor done I have talked with family and friends that have had shot peening and chemical etching done by other companies to prepare their concrete and the Norgal team's diamond grinding seems to be a much better method. The floor looks amazing, everyone that has visited us kneels down to feel it because it's so beautiful you just want to touch it. I had a great experience working with T. Norgal Concrete Coatings.

Very well. There was a delay to coordinate schedules with a neighbor. Terry showed up when he said, did both garages in one day. On seeing our results, several neighbors are considering hiring him, too. Hint: We found his written proposal did not commit clearly to everything he had described orally. We wrote a detailed email laying out what we thought we had heard him say. He responded, "Yes, that is what we will do." And they DID it. Advice: Get in writing what you understand (but you knew that already).

It was an all day process for 3 men. The finished product is beautiful - I would highly recommend these guys.

Terry is a professional concrete coater ! He's a little flighty when setting dates and making commitments but he will show up and do a terrific job ! The coating he applied to our garage floor is wonderful ! Kinda of expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. We've tried the painting route - don't bother, it won't last like you'd want. Go professional if you want it done right. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone. Be patient with him and you'll get a great job.

Terry and his son did a outstanding job on my 2 garage floors. They were very knowledgeable about the technical specification and properties of their product, suggested some small additional services that really made the job look amazing (base board and a broadcast onto the base block foundation), and were passionate about their work. They started the job when they said they would and they worked 2 full days till its completion. End results exceeded my expectations. I would recommend and use them again.

Showed up at 7:00 am and finished the job around six. He works with his son and they seemed to know what they were doing and worked very hard. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

First of all I gave a grade of A only because A+ plus was not an option. We have recently purchased an older home which means of course that we have a lot of little projects. I have been required to work with many contractors thus far and Terry/T. Norgal Concrete Coatings LLC was by far the most pleasurable experience. Terry and his crew were always on-time, they worked their rear-ends off, and they were always proper gentlemen and professional. We had our old, broken-up concrete floor resurfaced with a mix of materials including an epoxy top coat. We are thrilled with the results and all of our friends cannot believe the transformation.
