replacement windows
+ -1 moreIt started in 2008 in November and did not finish the work for another 6 months
Description of Work: dug up and put drain tile in basement. Also tore out cupboards and ceiling and painted all the walls with the waterproofing paint. He put in plumbing in the floor I did not want for a new bathroom and put up a frame for the basement walls. The problem with all this is that the basement still leaks. I did not want the next phase of the basement done until the basement was waterproofed. He gave me another 1400 bill for things I did not want and I still have a leaking basement. He is good at remodeling bathrooms and is really good at emergencies but he needs to leave the basements alone.
