Pinky Electric Inc

In need of an electrician, I received a referral from a neighbor to Pinky Electric as they had used them before. I called the morning of 11/7 and spoke with a gentleman who took all of my information including the information about what I needed to have done. I was told that Steve was in the field at the moment and that he would have him call me back. It is now 11/9, two days later, and I have yet to receive a return phone call. While this was not an emergency situation by any means, I was at least expecting a return call the same day to be able to schedule an appointment with someone maybe in the next week or 2. This is not how to run a business and I've moved on and found another electrician willing to take my business. I've also shared with my neighbor the disappointing referral they provided.

Provider replaced all outlets and switches as well as moved one switch. Work was done in a timely manner and did a good job. However the bill was 27.5% over the estimate and never did the provider indicate that they were going over budget. When I inquired about the overage, I received a one sentence reply that didn't address my concern. Avoid if you don't want surprise invoices

They were great. Other companies would not even call us back. I was very impressed with this company. The representative was very courteous and informative.

It was a good experience with them. They were able to get to me in a timely manner. A lot of the electricians I contacted were a couple of weeks or they wouldn't show.

It was phenomenal. They called us back immediately to get an appointment scheduled. They are very flexible and willing to work around my schedule. They were polite, professional and on time.

They didn't calculate correctly, and had to drill more than one hole for the outlet. Service went ok.

Steve came out to my home a couple of days after I called and looked at what I needed. I told him I would supply the fixtures and he looked at what needed to be done. I had one light fixture that may have been water damaged from a roof leak so he figured the estimate to be the most expensive scenario. A week after the estimate I was scheduled to have Tim come out and do the work. It took Tim no time at all and was done in a few hours! All of his work was done very professionally, quickly and there was no mess to clean up.

This went well. They were able to come to do the work on my schedule and were very good about suggesting approaches to the problem we were trying to solve. The fan was installed perfectly and we have some good alternatives to our humming florescent above cabinet lights.

We can not tell you exactly how much they charged for the service, but I'm sure it was very reasonable. We did end up meeting the main boss from that company. He was very kind. He let us know to contact him immediately if we have any problems with their work. We have had no problems at all. There was no set backs from them at all with their part of the project. We are pleased with their work.

I was very happy with the work of this company. They have done several jobs for me in the past. They do an absolutely fabulous job. There are never any problems and the work is always done in a timely manner. They are so helpful and they are really nice people. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

All I will say is that they did a good job and I was very satisfied. I thought the workers were experienced and very courteous. I would definitely use them again if I needed to and would highly recommend them. I do not wish to the disclose the price that I paid for the job.

The quality of work done by this company is wonderful. We have yet to experience an electrical difficulty in our home. We would feel good about encouraging others to use this electrical group. They have obviously done a great job at our place. I cannot really remember what we paid for these services because it was done basically during our move but it was very reasonable.

The man who represented this company was terrific. He was so professional. He really cared about his work and knew his trade very well. He showed up when he said he would. He had no set backs that held up the remodel. He left no mess for us to clean up. We have had no noticeable problems with his part of the project. We don't know exactly what his price for the project was, as we paid one full price to the main construction company for the entire remodel.
