+ -1 moreWe had a HORRIBLE experience with Olson's. Their customer service was rude and anything but what they say on their website: " Olson's prides itself on its customer service—we know how important it is to be taken care of and to have someone you can trust. " When taking our zero turn machine to them they tuned it up and delivered it without our knowledge and left it sitting outside of our house with the paperwork. My husband noticed some damaged and immediately called them. They came and picked up the machine. The denied any wrong doing, fixed the part and then wanted to charge us $57 to deliver the machine. After my husband expressed his frustration and that they should waive the fee for having our machine for over 2 weeks and the poor customer service we were told that they don't need bully customers like us and proceeded to tell us our machine will be outside their gates and they WILL NOT deliver it and we will need to pick it up. NEVER have we been treated so horrible by any place!

Description of Work: OIson's did a complete tune-up of a zero-turn radius mower for me. They did exactly what they said they'd do for a reasonable price. They were also very friendly to deal with and they helped me load and unload the mover from my trailer. I would definitely return for more service needs and/or to purchase new equipment.

+ -1 moreI no longer had the receipt or any purchase information and it hadn't even occurred to me that it might still be under warranty. (I am almost never that lucky!) Olson's took it upon themselves to look up the information off the serial number and found that it was still covered. I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was when I picked it up and that was why. The service was prompt, professional, and they saved me a bunch of money! Gonna take the snowblower in tomorrow.
Description of Work: I took our Toro self-propelled mower in when the drive wheel fell off and the metal got twisted. We also needed to get the blade sharpened.

+ -1 moreOlson's is where you buy your snowblower or mower when you don't want to get it from a Big Box store. They are not the cheapest but they will take care of you. When they delivered, the guy even showed me the features and service checks.

+ -1 moreBrought zero turn rider in during busy season and was repaired prior to promised date. Different occassion needed inner tube replaced in tire and was done same day. Very responsive. Took my business to Olson after waiting over 6 weeks for repair from Speedway, 16600 W Cleveland, where they admitted they forgot to look at my mower after it sat for 3 weeks.
Description of Work: Repaired broken belt, tune up, few other minor problems. .
