Well!
Description of Work: Totally replaced the driveway apron/culvert, the area between the subdivision street and the beginning of the cement driveway (About 8' long and the width of the driveway). The work was done quickly with a professional appearance. I was a tad disappointed at having to do some minor landscaping where companies today just do the finish work as well. The cost was more than I thought it could have cost me but I made the decision to use their services because of their presence in the area. Their payment requirement was comfortably not very rigid (Not waiting for a check immediately at the conclusion of the work). I hand delivered a check (In full) to their office a day or two later.

Description of Work: This company advertises that they do seal coating and crack filling, but they really do not. They'll come out and do a quote, but they really just want to sell a new driveway. This has happened twice with this company. I called them back thinking that the first person from a few years ago just was too lazy to give me a quote, but then when the second person said the same thing it was apparent that all they wanted to do was sell a new driveway.

The member could not be more wrong! Our sales staff is instructed to NOT give estimates to Seal-coat any project that has to much deterioration existing that would make the cost of Seal-coat ineffective a waste of money for the homeowners. It also would have put our name & reputation on an inferior product. Sales personnel instead are instructed to explain the reason we cannot Seal-coat and then provide an estimate to replace the driveway simply as a courtesy to the prospective customer. It is still the customers decision to accept the estimate or not. IF we are guilty of anything it maybe that the Sales department didn't explain the reason we would not provide an estimate for seal-coat.The member is not clear if an explanation was received. I also do not understand the members comment he paid to much if he never had the work done? Bottom line is we don't just sell a project just to make a buck, if the finished product won't turn out as expected and be a value to our customers we won't do the project.
