+ -1 moreThey were over an hour late for the move blaming it on a sick driver. They took longer than expected to pack things and then they took very, very long to get from one house to the other and had no good explanation as to why. A friend saw them and the truck broken down between the two houses. Overall, while they moved everything without a problem, they were not very timely or responsive.
Description of Work: They moved me from one house (in Milwaukee) to another house in New Berlin.

+ -1 moreFURNITURE WAS HELD UP 3 WEEKS BEYOND EXPECTED DATE. OFTEN COULD NOT GET ANY ANSWER TO PHONE CALLS. FILED POLICE REPORT TO LOCATE FURNITURE. WHEN FINALLY DELIVERED WAS IN GOOD SHAPE; BUT PROMISES WERE NOT KEPT, WERE LESS THAN HONEST ABOUT CAPABILITIES TO DELIVER CAUSING US MUCH EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL STRESS (3 WEEKS: NO CLOTHES, BED, FURNITURE OR POTS/PANS).

+ -1 moreI BELIEVE THAT ANY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS DOES NOT DESERVE BUSINESS, AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY.
Description of Work: WE MOVED 2 APARTMENTS INTO ONE HOUSE, LAST JUNE. THEY WERE MORE THAN 2 HOURS LATE AND DID NOT CALL. THEY RAN REALLY LATE MOVING OUR STUFF, BUT THEY DID STICK BY THEIR 5% PRICE GUARANTEE - SO THAT WAS NOT TOO BAD. I DID CALL THEM, E-MAIL THEM, SPEAK TO THEM, AND LEAVE VOICE MAIL THIS PAST WEEK, TO SEE ABOUT MOVING US AGAIN, AND NONE OF MY REQUESTS WERE RETURNED.

+ -1 moreWE HIRED THEM TO MOVE US FROM DOWNTOWN MILWAUKEE TO PEWAUKEE AND THEY WERE 10 HOURS LATE. BY THEN IT WAS 10PM AT NIGHT AND WE WERE MOVING OVER TWO DAYS UNTIL 4AM ONE MORNING. THEN THEY FINISHED AT 3AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND THEY CHARGED US DOUBLE BECAUSE IT TOOK PART OF TWO DAYS.
