Kris did a terrific job. We needed to have the drywall replaced and painted quickly after the pipes were replaced as this was a relative's home which we were selling. Kris not only provided timely service but the quality of his work was excellent.

We had a neighborhood 'handiman' install one that turned out to be totally unsuitable, wrong size, not finished etc. We contacted our condo assoc. who referred this fellow. He responded immediately, and finished the job the day after he had come over to measure and see what the job entailed, with a railing the same size and finish as the mate. We are very satisfied. Everything was completed in two days. Refrigerator, stove and microwave had to be moved to remove vinyl and finish walls. Everything was cleaned. All waste was removed.

Kris and his crew were professional and detail oriented. They kept the work site clean and neat.

I had hired Kris before for other painting and door installation and was very happy with his work. He is easy to work with, goes the extra mile for his customers and performs high quality work.

I called Kris to have him paint the shutters and trim around the front door and garage. Also to power wash the house. I wasn't too sure if he could fit me in but he kept in touch and came over on a Monday to start the power wash. Kris is a perfectionist and took his time going around the house until all the dirt and algae were removed. Never has the house looked this clean. He helped me pick out a great color for the shutters and when he returned the next day he reinstalled them and started on the trim. The front door looks great, especially after her replaced a board below the door that had been damaged by a chipmunk. He took off the old board, repaired water damaged to the wood below the front stoop and calked the entire area to prevent further damage. All the painting and repair work looks amazing. He was prompt and professional.

Kris and his crew were top notch. The paint job looks great. The caulk lines are straight and the color was applied evenly and thick! They hand painted the whole exterior of the house. What set Kris apart from other contractors is that he communicated with us everyday. He also did little touches like removed and then re- stacked our wood pile that was against the house. He tried to protect our plants and when they had to cut them back, he let us know before he did it. He always left the work site clean. He also made new screens for our porch and it looks great! We would hire them again. As for price he charges, he does quality work so I don't mind paying a bit more.

Prompt. Quick professional service. They moved the heavy furniture out of the room for me. They take great pride in the quality of their work and it really shows. I will only use K J Services going forward.

We have used Kris before, and he was just as wonderful this time. His brother helped him out on this day. He responded right away, gave us a quote, and did it 4 days later as we needed it done before the new cabinet doors and drawers were installed. He did 2 coats of paint on the walls with some caulking that was needed. He even did part of the ceiling where there was a crack by the overhead sink light (this was not in the the quote-he did it without even mentioning it which was awesome!) He was going to lightly sand the cabinets, and do 2 coats of paint, but on the day of the job, realized there were so many layers of paint, he had to sand and scrape down to the bare wood, put primer on first, then THREE coats of paint. He was not going to charge us any extra for all of that either. HE WANTS PERFECTION! He even came back right away the next day when there was a small issue with one of the shelves, that was not really his fault, but came to fix it. They covered everything with plastic for protection, and cleaned everything up nicely. I can't say enough good things about Kris and his professionalism and customer service, will definitely use him again and recommend him when someone asks me if I know a good painter! DEFINITELY DESERVES A SUPER SERVICE AWARD!!

Overall I am very happy with the results. Kris is professional and goes out of his way to ensure the job is done right and to your liking. I have hired other painters in the past but will only hire Kris in the future!

The biggest part of the job was refinishing the sills which had been damaged by water and sun. Kris sanded and primed. He had to spend a good deal of time matching the right color stain and then sealed with a varnish. The window sills turned out fantastic. He also installed a new bedroom closet door which was challenging because the walls were not straight.

We had Kris do a small interior job for us late last year and really liked him. He is hands on the entire time and works harder than anyone to make sure you are happy. When we decided to paint our homes' exterior, he was able to get us on his schedule and completed the job in about a week. I appreciated his patience as I made last minute color changes too! Both he and his partner cleaned up after themselves each day (even moving a bird nest that I was concerned about!) and did an incredible job. Our home looks brand new and we would recommend KJ Services to anyone!

Kris called me the same day to set up an appointment for a quote. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make things right with my porch. He was very thorough at explaining what he would recommend & why. His price was exceptionally fair. He started the project about 2 weeks later and kept in constant contact with us, it took 2-3 days. He also added an extra coat of paint to the porch floor, and recommended/added some flashing to prevent sitting water. I have worked with many contractors over the years, anywhere from bad to good experiences, and Kris was phenomenal from start to finish. I would absolutely use him again, and have already recommended him to an aquaintance. I TRULY THINK KRIS DESERVES A SUPER SERVICE AWARD!

Kris returned my initial call and came for a quote right away. They came to work at the scheduled time and were completely professional and punctual. Kris was always responsive and made sure we got exactly what we were after. Our house has beautiful wood and it was as perfect when they finished painting as when they started. The quality of the work and the care with which they treated our home were both top notch. They moved our furniture and returned everything to its proper place upon completion of the job. They also finished earlier than scheduled. They did a great job and I won't hesitate to use them again.

We asked Krys to paint our entire house just before we moved in. We have a 5000sf home and everything was white. Our walls were all textured and the wall corners were rounded to add to the difficulty. We also had many tall ceilings up to 20 ft tall. Since we lived in another state, he came over when we were in town and we walked through what we wanted and put sticky notes in each room to tell what color we wanted it. Not only did they do a great job, they also did it exactly how we asked following those sticky notes. Where our corners were rounded and they stopped one color and began another, they lines were perfectly straight. I could not find one spot of paint on our extensive woodwork, ceilings or anywhere else. Plus, they corrected a few spot on our ceiling that were damaged by previous owner. I cannot say enough of how well they did. We move alot and have had 3 housed painted in the past 3 years and KJ did the best by far. I would not use anyone else and I'm very peticular about my painting. Highly, highly recommend.

After we determined that we did not want to reinstall our old moldings, we had to scramble. KJ Services had just finished painting our condo interior. Done very well. I called Chris and he was able to fit us in between jobs. The stain match was close to perfect, red oak with a champagne finish, not easy to match. The guys arrived on time everyday, working at hustle pace. Cuts were good, caulking well done. They always cleaned up the mess at the end of the day including a quick vac. Best of all, they finished a bit earlier then estimated. Happy, happy, happy.

The requested quote came the day after KJ met with me. It was clear as to their intended work schedule and cost. We worked out an acceptable start day that was within a few weeks of our quote. The guys were on time each day. We moved breakables and smaller items. They moved the large pieces of furniture for us and covered or removed the fixtures before painting. 2 coats on ceiling and walls each. The floors and stationary items were covered with paper, tarps, or plactic. The taping along the baseboards and windows was neat and clean. The guys, Kris and Kris were polite, neat, and orangized. The floor coverings were vaccumed each evening before they left for the day. I appreciated that they wiped my overhead fans down once they were up there. No drips found. All fixtures were reinstalled, furnitured replaced as needed. Overall, 10 days and a good outcome. They were pleasant and professional.

They were comparable to other companies and they were very professional. I would recommend them based off that.

On both jobs (replacing rotting wood and aluminum trim, and exterior painting of my whole house), he did an excellent job. All the work is done by Kris and an assistant. He returns phone calls promptly and is punctual and reliable. He takes pride in his work and does a great job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Chris did an excellent job. He patched cracks prior to painting, moved furniture, was careful to protect floors and cabinets in kitchen while paintin. we used him previuosly and will use him again. He even helped use with a difficult paint color decision. Highly recommended.

Terrific. I have used Chris previously to paint my house (last year) then found out he has a lot of experience in working with screens. The porch walls and ceiling are all screens on hand fashioned wooden frames. Chris suggested replacing the aluminum screen with fiberglass, which looks great. There was some significant wood repair . Very professional job that required some craftsmanship.
