I am 64 years old and have owned several homes. Kris is the best painter I have ever met. He is knowledgable, friendly, efficient, professional, and best of all a perfectionist. As he proceeded on the job, whenever he came across something that needed attention or should be repaired, he showed me the problem and asked if I wanted him to repair it. Some things were simple but important, such as re-caulking windows where the old caulk was falling out, but other things were more difficult, such as actually replacing rotted wood at the bottom of storm doors and in a couple of window frames. He did an excellent job with these things, so that I am confident that the house is sound and secure, while also looking terrific. On the wood shingle siding, he didn't just spray over the old paint, he power washed it to remove old peeling/flaking paint, and then painted the entire thing by hand, since that would better get into the grooves and under the overlap. I would strongly recommend this painter to anyone, and am happy to have anyone come to my house to examine his work. I already have Kris lined up to do some interior painting for me this winter.

it was great from the first day he came over. He was on time to give me an estimate and folowed up with a writen estimate within two days. We told him we were having a party and needed it done by the 21. it was done on time and the work was perfect.

Excellent!!. Called Kris for an estimate and he stopped out the next day (Saturday)which worked well for both of us. He started promptly on Thursday morning, and had it scraped and coated by that evening. Due to humid conditions he could not sand on Friday morning because the patch was still wet. He returned later on Friday and sanded the areas that were dry. On Monday he returned, finished the patching and applied the texture finish. On Tuesday morning he returned and did the finish coat. He was finished by noon. The only do's I would advise would be to be sure and air condition the building if it is vacant for a couple days before having painting done to help with the drying.

Kris completely painted our interiors after extensive remodeling work. He told us what paint brand he preferred and we found a local store to browse their paint selections. After we decided what we wanted, we left him paint sample cards with notes about "this one but one shade lighter" and "this one but a little darker" and he not only figured it out but excelled. He painted our interior trims, interior doors, and did an absolutely excellent job. He provided an estimate for some additional work that we might have done in the future. Very reasonable overall.
