Called and left message - inquiring about installing a garden water line. Never returned my call.

DJs got my sprinkler system running that had not been taken care of for a few years (I just bought the house). They fixed some busted underground irrigation pipes, adjusted all the sprinkler heads, and helped me with programming. Techs were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only "complaint" about DJs is they can be a little tough to get a hold of and get on the schedule. They are not very flexible, especially if you work during the day. I had a minor issue, where I broke an irrigation pipe while digging for another project in the very early spring. DJs couldn't get out for 3 weeks, so I had to use a different company. This is a very minor issue, compared to some of the borderline criminal operations I have had out to my house for the sprinkler system. For example, one Sprinkler Company in the southeast Wisconsin area wanted to install an entirely new system, claiming that most of my system was completely useless. DJs came out and got the existing system up and running for about $100. Overall, I highly recommend DJs for any irrigation services. They operate with integrity and know what they are doing. Just make sure you call early to get on the schedule!

Repair complete. We have a very old irrigation system that is difficult to repair. But DJ's is able to keep it going with economical repairs.

Great service. The plumber was late because a previous appointment took longer than expected, but notified me as to his arrival time, which was really professional and thoughtful. He was courteous and explained everything to me in a pleasant manner. Would use this company again.

The job went well. A couple weeks prior to the yard work , the interior plumbing was done. Clean and neat, no mess left behind.DJ's crew did a great job planning and routing the tubes around our yard. Eight zones and 43 heads. They came back to adjust the heads once the grass seed was coming up.The system work great.

They showed up promptly. The workers were courteous. The took time to explain the system. The only issue was one of their underground junctions had a leak. They damaged that area of the sod significantly in repairing the leak, but this should grow back in time. Overall we were pleased.

They have charged us the same amount that they have charged us for the last several years that they have done it for us. It’s not a difficult thing if we know how to do it. We do it ourselves. The only thing is, they are very nice and they are polite. The guys quite often will take their shoes off at the door even though you don’t ask them to. They are good. In terms of price, I have nothing to compare it to. I would use their services again in the future.

My key objective of having the systems installed was to be able to go on vacation and not having to worry about my plants and to have a nice looking lawan. The not having to worry about my plants objective was not met in any shape or fashion as the sprinklers do not reach my plants. I was very clear on this prior to the installation and was told the design in place would work. Also they put a juncture box in the middle of my front lawn - and i cannot get grass to grow over it. this was just not a smart design - the goal of puttin in a system is to make the lawn look better. i hired this company based on reputation and i was dealing with the owner. I could not be more disappointed. There has never been a follow up to see if things. work. I would not recommend using this company.

We use them a couple of times a year. We do get a contract every year and it will have on it what we want them to do, such as just turning it on and off each year or doing repairs. For just turning it on and off, it is around $150 a year. They have always been there for us. Not only have they done little things on and for us, they were here for this major repair and put everything back together because it was pretty bad where the construction crew with through. They are able to do just about anything and they are very flexible in what they will do. They are there every year. We did not investigate any other options way back when. We make an appointment and they are there when they say they will be.

Overall it was great...they came when they said they would be here. They put flags in the lawn and had me review the plan to approve where the sprinklers were going to go. There are a couple places where I can feel the hose under the ground when I walk on the grass. I suspect this is where the hose was not buried deep enough. I haven't called to complain abouut it or have them fix it but I'll mention to them in the spring when they come to turn the system back on.

Outstanding service and work quality. They werre just as happy to install materials I had purchased as they were to sell me fixtures as well as services. Other companies clearly preferred to provide the matetrials as well as the services. And their pricing was vey competitive. Another company (Angies list special award company) quoted $1000.00 just for the toilet. Greenfield plumbing did 3 jobs for the same total price. And the work was done well, promptly and professionally. They left everythign clean and ready to use. I highly recommend them. They are now my "regular plumber" for all plumbing needs.

Great service. Came back to replace a spray head that I popped off accidentally trying to adjust the pattern. No questions asked. Explained installation in great detail including shut down of system at the end of the year.

They were able to set an appointment promptly to fit my schedule. The person arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. He seemed to work efficiently and the work was good. He answered my questions effectively.

I sent Eric an email since I am located in Los Angeles and my Mom lives in Greenfield (Milwaukee). I asked Eric to provide me with an estimate for installation of a sprinkling system for my Mom's three flower beds since my Mom is a senior citizen who has difficulty watering her flower beds. Eric personally called me after receiving my email to let me know he received my email and to confirm exactly what I was looking for. Eric told me he would go to my Mom?s residence, take a look at the flower beds and then provide me with an estimate as soon as possible, which he did. The estimate was very reasonable, however, my Mom decided she did not want to have a sprinkler system installed. Even though I did not use Eric for this particular service, I will certainly call him in the future when any plumbing needs arise for my Mom. Eric was very professional and extremely nice. I would highly recommend him. His customer service is outstanding, and that is not something you find very often these days.

I have used this service for the past 4 years and am very happy with the service they provide. They are diligent about calling to schedule the routine maintenances and always arrive within the scheduled time frame. In addition, they offer 3 levels of service for their annual contract.

They are a good outfit. I have them come out every year. They open our system & run checks on it. I will continue to use them.

They were fantastic. The plumber came the first day and installed the interior valve and supply line, and the rest of the work took two days to install the lines, and valves. They fully explained the operation, and it works great.
