The driveway was just resealed and not replaced. Almost immediately, the black top was cracking and pealing, and now grass is growing right through it. I called last year to say I was not happy with the driveway and he said he made a mistake and did the black top work to late in the season and would come back this year. I called this year, he said he will come out to look at it and has yet to show up to resolve the issues. There is always some tragedy such as he fell out of a tree to his wife being sick and almost dying so that is why he can't come back. Now, the last time, he never showed up and will not take my calls. The vent was just fixed with duct tape and not replaced. Another contract told me it was a substandard repair. There are boards already cracking in the porch and seem to be getting progressively worse. The new cement was poured right on top of the old cement in some places. Some of the old cement was dug up and used to fill the holes in the yard, mixed with poor quality dirt. The grass nor weeds would not grow in this spot. I had to have my son dig it out, and replce with good top soil and sod. so I wouldn't have a mud patch in my yard. I am very disappointed with the work and would never ever recommend this contractor to anyone
