They were not great but they were good. They did a pretty good job on the proposal process. They were pretty thorough and didn't try to oversell. I was looking for additional stuff on the floor and they said that it probably would not work. I thought that was good. They didn't seem to finish off the floor as well as I expected.

John was great to work. Easy to reach (cell phone, email) and very responsive. Having never had an epoxy floor installed, we relied on his expertise and experience. He brought in samples, explained the product and process and talked about what was most popular and best used in different situations, and worked with us on a solution that would fit our budget and provide the best outcome. He was able to start right away (low season around the Winter holidays) and offered schedule flexibility to meet our needs. John confirmed work plans and schedules. Overall, we are very pleased with the application of the expoxy floor coating. The coverage is complete (all the way under the baseboards) and consistent. John did a great job reaching hard to reach spots and did everything possible to prepare the surface. For what would appear to be an extremely dirty job, there was no evidence of it after the job was completed - he was very respectful of our living quarters. The only issue I have is that a little bit of epxoy coating made it onto the baseboards in a few areas. John pointed it out to me before he was finished. I figure nothing a quarterround wouldn't hide.

They came out for the estimate and they were very responsive. The estimate was good and they were very knowledgeable.

I thought sometimes that the communication could be better. It took a little while for him to get a hold of me, but he was always right on time. I do not believe he has any other employees, so he seems to be very busy. I was satisfied with the work and will use him again in the future.
