+ -1 moreA good experience. Aaron was on time to provide the estimate, kept in touch by phone during the scheduling, and showed upon time to do the work. The charge is for labor as he had us purchase the flooring. I liked this as it allowed us to shop for sales/discounts so save money. We are also taking care of disposal of the old carpet.
Description of Work: Installed Pergo flooring in our family room.

+ -1 moreHE ACTUALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT AND DOUBLED BOOKED. WE HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY. HE DID INSTALL IT THE NEXT DAY AND GAVE ME A %10 DISCOUNT, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS NICE. HOWEVER, HE DID SHOW UP WITH HIS SICK DAUGHTER WITHOUT FOREWARNING ME WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A LITTLE UNPROFESSIONAL. THE WAS WORK WAS OK.
