I told Benjamin I needed the work done in 45 days. Ben started about 2 weeks after we agreed to the price. He came and worked during the day when I was at work. Ben worked alone. Ben seemed to be very meticulous, once he finished the scraping he pointed out to me some boards that needed replacement which I took care of. He primed all new wood and wood that needed a lot of scraping. Before putting any paint on the house he made sure everything was caulked. Ben was neat and easy to deal with. Ben finished about a week early. Ben asked for $200 dollars up front for supplies to start and then I paid him in full at the completion of his work. After he completed the painting he took me around the house and explained what he had done, showed me some trouble areas and left me with the feeling he had done an excellent job.
