Hihgly professional and capable and did a really fantastic job.

Nick knew exactly what he was doing. Installation required moving the gas line and he coordinated everything with WE Energies. When the gas company screwed up and did not schedule a plumber to move the meter, Nick was “johnny-on-the-spot” and negotiated with them to get a plumber at no cost to me. His work is excellent!

I call him anytime I need anything done.

He's done extensive remodeling at my house. He's good, trustworthy, does great work. You can leave your house without having to worry about theft. Easy to have around. Cleans up well.

Very badly. When the estimator did not show up for a scheduled app't, we called the office. We were shocked to be told that it had been cancelled by us the previous week. We explained that we had confirmed this app't this Monday for this Thursday. Perhaps they confused it with an old app't that had been cancelled? After trying to explain this, we finally told her the misunderstanding certainly wasn't her fault or problem and would straighten it out with the estimator. A short time later, he called and said because we had been "abusive" to her, he wouldn't work for us. Seriously, since when is telling someone “it's not her problem and we didn't want to put her in the middle”, considered abusive? It's unfortunate that he loses his temper so quickly without checking out exactly what occurred. Imagine what would happen if we disagreed with some work he'd done!

I've never taken the time to put in a positive review on anyone- ( yes--I have complained about people )-----but I'm so impressed with Nick and Baynicks people that I had to put out my thoughts. I had Nick and his people do two bathroom remodels for me--and I could not have been more impressed-----normally when you have a company do a job with many different things---you have a couple little things that could have been done just a little better----but with Nick it was done 100 % great without me saying anything-----not 95 % ok---actually 100 % done.I'm a detailed person---and I've learned Nick is also a detailed person---and isn't done until he thinks it's done right. I was so impressed that I had him out to do more--install doors--light fixtures---ceiling--paint--siding repairs,----and again he impressed the heck out of me----so much that I'll be having him out to do more fix ups next spring.----( I'm updating my house for sale next year )--Bottom line is I would highly recommend him.
