Jeff Asbach bid on a deck repair and railing installation we needed done before temperatures droped below the 50's. We accepted Asbach's bid over other contractors and waited for Jeff to start our project. However, once we accepted the bid we no longer heard from Jeff. Tried to call Jeff many times but he never called to let us know that he was not going to work on our project. Now we have to wait until spring to have our deck repair and railing installation done and I have to go through the whole process of finding a contractor again.

We needed a new railing installed along an interior stair case. Asbach Homes came in quickly and built us a beautiful railing with updated spindles to help modernize the look of our new home.

Our house was originally sided with cheap vinyl siding. In the winter we could feel cold breezes blowing through the cracks, windows, etc. We also did not have any decorative trim around the doors and windows so we wanted to dress up the exterior of the house. We had Asbach Homes remove all of the old siding & add 4" trim around the doors and windows. This trim was then encased in aluminum so it would be maintenance free. Then the entire house was wrapped with Tyvek house wrap. Last was the new insulated vinyl siding that came with the insulating foam already attached to the back of the siding. The end result is a great modern looking exterior with no more cold breezes flowing through our house. The other added benefit is that our house is much quieter now. We do not hear the wind noise, cars, planes, etc. The insulated siding really sealed up our house and made a huge difference. Jeff & crew were at our house every day until the project was done. At the end of each day they would clean up the job site and run the perimeter of the house with a magnetic sweeper to remove any siding nails that hit the ground. Every time we had a change in plans or a different request, it was taken care of with no problems. I would highly recommend Asbach Homes & we've used them since for several other projects.

We wanted to update all of the woodwork trim in our house so we called Asbach Homes. They came in and removed all the window and door casings along with the baseboards. Then they installed all new trim around the doors and windows with new baseboards on the floors. All the nail holes were filled and when they left the job site it was as clean as when they started. Top notch with great attention to detail.
