Still Sealcoating

The work that they did was okay. You get potholes at the end of the driveway, so I know I am due for another sealing, but next time I will get the whole price before doing the work. The cracks are all filled in.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the work and it did not live up to expectations from the quote. There are still countless pores and cracks open in the driveway surface, so I'll need to go back over it myself. Much was said in the sales call about them brushing in two directions to get 'complete' coverage but that did not pan out. I called to ask for a re-do and they very politely agreed to come out and take a look at the work. However, after their foreman came back out, the office simply confirmed that it was their best effort for the price. They were polite and friendly, just not very good at driveway sealing. I don't recommend them and you can definitely do better yourself with a brush and 5 gallon bucket of sealer from the hardware store.

They did a very nice job. The seal coating looks nice. They were very professional while at my home and performed the job in a timely manner.

You get what you pay for, It was good for the price I paid for it.

There was a time when they were supposed to be crack filling but they didn't come and I held the money for a little while. Though it was a two-way problem because they didn't call me and I didn't send them a check.

I never ended up using the services of Still Sealcoating because they cancelled before any services could be performed. It was several weeks before anyone came out to do the quote, and thankfully I was home at the time because someone just showed up on a Sunday evening walking around and measuring my driveway. I had to walk outside and ask who they were. The quote seemed to be reasonable so I didn't have an issue scheduling the service, which I did within 2 days of receiving the quote. I was told I would be put on the schedule, however I received in a call in October stating that the weather has gotten too cold and they wouldn't be able to finish the driveway at all. I absolutely understand that they can't control the weather and don't have an issue with them cancelling for that reason. My issue is that this all transpired over several months, which in my mind was sufficient time in order to complete the project. I contacted the company after I received the cancellation, however I've received no response from them at this time.

The seal didn't hold up to the stresses of weather.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was okay. There was a lot of confusion actually getting them out here. They said they would call before they show up but they didn't. They just basically showed up but they did a good job. There were no additional charges. It was my first time to use them. The pricing was average. They are located away from me. If I were paying full price, I will probably not use them again.

Never returned my call...I guess they don't need the work. The economy must be great for them.

We left provider and voice mail and next day we had price quote at our mailbox. We called them to schedule an appointment. It took about 2 weeks to schedule , but work was done fast and in time. They treated the fractures in the asphalt on our driveway and seal-coat it. They put a fence to prevent cars get into the driveway. We did found couple of defects in the coating later, called the provider and they fixed it next day. Satisfied overall.

They were excellent! Not only did they do a really good job, but also, everyone in their control was just so cordial. In addition, the person that I worked with was Julia Hoffman.

I'm only 75% happy. Some spots needed thicker coat or a second coat. Crew left before we commented.

no bid was ever received so we went with another company.

Still Sealcoating were very thorough and cleaned up everything. We had to wait awhile after we purchased the Big Deal, partly because of the weather, but once they got here, they did a good job. But we did have a little trouble getting ahold of them. The price was good. We have a big driveway.

They quality of the work was very good, but I would have preferred if they had given us a little more warning. They left a voicemail the night before they came and I didn't receive it in time and I was surprised to see them at my house the next day. They didn't come out to give us an estimate before hand, so we ended up having to pay more than the deal advertised.

It went fine. No complaints.

The square foot area was more than the "big deal" and we asked for and recieved a price for the balance of the work. The work was completed as promised, on time and with good quality. We were out of town during this entire process and the transaction was handled using email. We were flexible on time. We have had this same work done in the past by other contractors and Sealcoating did as good or better a job for significantly less money.
