Joel, Andreaus, and Joey were all professional and very pleasant to work with. Even though it was quite cold with moderate winds they completed the job in a very timely manor. I am very happy with a job well done and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

Semper Fi was very professional from start to finish. They were on time and got the job done in a timely manner. The craftsmanship was top notch!

They were excellent. They were really quick. They did a great job. They made sure we got the color we wanted. They brought out samples, let me pick actual on the roof and also did the gutters.

Very effective transactions including initial estimates/explanations of work to be done; and followed-up with scheduling and execution of roofing tearoff / new shingles and vents applied efficiently on house and shed. The flat sun roof area was pressure washed and resealed and a new chimney chase cap was formed and installed efficiently. Want to thank the roofing team (Ernesto and Victor and associates)for their installation knowhow, and the project manager (Brad) for coordination and attention to details in finishing the job quickly to our satisfaction.

Jury is still out. Based on reviews and referrals assumed job would run smoothly. So far there have been some challenges. Will wait until job is done to update.

The quality of the material is good, and the installation looks good. They patiently answered all of my questions about warranty, lien waivers, and schedule.

Chris showed up at the appointed time and performed a thorough inspection of a portion of the roof we suspected was leaking. He indicated that all looked ok but explained that leaks were difficult to diagnose when it wasn’t raining. He gave me good guidance on how and where to look next time it rained and offered to come out himself to assist if I called. Chris was extremely professional and a pleasure to speak with. When we find the leak I will definitely be contracting with Semper Fi to fix it.

Project went very well. The work started within a week and had the whole roof replaced within 2 days. The sales person who checked out the roof and gave a detailed explanation of the problem and proposed work was Chris Coleman. The Project Manager for the 7 person crew was Don Mojica. All were very professional and did excellent work. Don spent extra time making sure the chimney flashing was water tight.. thanks!

These guys are great? Prompt to respond, prompt to fix and at a really fair cost. During bad winter weather a high wind blew off 8 feet of our roof ridge vent on our 2 story house leaving a big 8 foot by 6 inch hole in our roof. We had a impending snow storm coming so I needed someone in here fast to avoid water damage to our ceilings. I called them in the morning, told them my problem and they had someone out here in a hour to look it over, The gentleman gave me a quote which was so much less than I thought it would be. I was ecstatic with the quote. I thought that since it was short notice, 13 degrees outside with high winds, the repair cost would reflect that, but no, it was very reasonable. After I accepted the quote, they had the repair man, Don, out in about 1 hour later. He promptly fixed the roof by replacing the whole roof vent and my stress about the impeding storm was gone. They were very nice, professional, courteous and did a excellent job at a fair cost....what more could I ask for? I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

From initial meeting at home/proposal to scheduling, returned phone calls, work performed and clean up, all was top notch. Semper Fi made a point to line us up as quickly as possible due to leaking roof. Hired again for siding and stonework in the Spring.

EXCELLENT WORK! Our garage needed new siding, stone applied and foundation work. It simply needed a complete makeover. The finished product is OUTSTANDING. Our neighbors are complimenting us on how GREAT the garage looks. People are actually taking photos of our new garage. It took 4 hot days to complete the project. It was worth the wait. Semper Fi was willing to work with me in suggesting what type of masonry stone would work on our garage. They showed patience in writing the contract, It was revised a few times to make sure that all the details were accurate and I knew exactly what was going to be done. After the project was completed, Semper Fi did a visual walkthrough and gave me a booklet with our transferrable warranty, coupons, contract, lien waiver, job completion checklist. VERY IMPRESSIVE!. Then to top it off, I received gifts (i.e. Semper Fi hat, T-Shirt, cooler bag, tumbler cup). I never known a contractor to provide their clients with gifts. It is so refreshing to contract with professionals who take pride in their work and treat their customer like royalty. It was a pleasure to give them my money. THANK YOU!

Joe came by. Friendly. Prompt. Assessed problem that indicated a repair we could do ourselves. There is nothing like getting service from someone is is not pushing to sell. We will most certainly rely on Semper Fi for any future roof problems. Thank you for referral

Excellent company to do business with. Professional, competent and responsive. We were kept informed of every aspect of the scheduling and work. Craftsman identified and repaired small problem near gutters and cleaned up area as if they were never there. Would highly recommend their services, quality company to do business with.

Vito, the owner offered to come out to my house and help on very short notice. When he arrived he was very professional and worked well with the engineers. All of the questions we needed answered pertaining to the faulty construction were obtained that day. When it is time to do the repairs he will be my first call. It is nice knowing I have a roofing contractor nearby who is knowledgeable, professional and focused on great customer service.

Could not has asked for a better experience!!!! Jess and Sarah in the office are great,,, kept me informed on scheduling. Ryan was prompt with preparing an estimate, explaining all options, costs and service guarantees. The roofing team was outstanding! They were courteous, polite, careful and really knew their business. They fully protected all our landscaping, deck, windows and picked up after themselves as they worked. A large crew with great equipment and everyone knew their job and they worked quickly, efficiently and really did an excellent job. They started early and worked late and when they were done, except for having a beautiful new roof, you would never even know they were there. Semper Fi was my first choice because I used them in the past for smaller jobs. They bailed me out of some real problems in the past but no matter how large or small the job was, they always treated me more than fairly and always do great work You simply will not find better people to work with or get a better job. I highly recommend them without qualification. They are the best

From the initial quote to the final inspection everything went exceptionally well. Every contact with the company, from Joe to the roofing crew to the gutter crew, all were extremely professional. They answered all questions thoroughly, were very prompt in returning all calls and inquiries. I made a last minute change on the Gutter color, and again, without hesitation made the arrangements to change the color. They arrived before 7 am, it was in the 90's and Humid, they finished just before Dark, with the clean up, and returned the next morning to complete the clean up. The crew was fantastic, did a beautiful job, were extremely respectful of the homeowner and any questions, were very careful to protect all landscaping, plants, and outside furniture. I would highly recommend them in the future to anyone! Thanks for all you did!

From the time the crew arrived until 12 hours later they never stopped running. They all seemed to have a lot of fun working on our roofs, it was a pleasure watching and listening to them work. It took me a good ten months to write this review because I wanted to go through all of the seasons before I would write this. During the winter we had a leak down our chimney when I called they said someone would be out the next day. By 8:00 AM I got a call that they are on their way . When they arrived the winds were over 30 MPH and I asked them if they wanted to come back the next day and he said no we're professionals it took all of 30 minutes to fix the leak and he showed before and after photos of the chimney flashing that pulled up from freezing and thawing it is now fixed and we are extremely happy with Semper Fi Roofing.

Vito and the team did a great job considering the challenges they faced building a dormer and adding a layer of insulation to the roof of an older home. The roof and dormer look great, the surrounding have been cleaned-up. Throughout the project from getting a quote to the finishing touch-ups, everyone in the team was punctual, friendly and demonstrated a great work ethic.

They completed the work all in one day. Did not charge us extra for some rotted boards. There clean up was satisfactory. We found some small pieces I believe from the shingle packages but nothing major. Over all we were satisfied with the work done.

I was so impressed with Semper Fi! They told us during the estimate meeting and final signing what to expect. They would drop off the materials the day before. The day of the project they would arrive at 7 AM to begin. The day of the project they showed up at 7 on the dot! The crew looked at the house and began to cover all the windows with paneling to protect them. They laid down tarps around the entire house. One of my favorite things was that they put tables over the flowers and tarps over the tables to protect the flowers. (they moved the bird bath and bird feeder). The workers then began to remove the shingles. As the kids and I began to leave the house for school - one of the workers saw us leaving and yelled out to the crew to STOP working. They did not resume working until we were in the car and on our way out. This is what impressed me most - They put our safety first. They were done with our roof before we got home. It has been almost a week and they haven't reached out to us for payment yet. This is a great company and I am so happy we were referred to them by a friend. I have already recommended Semper Fi to a friend of mine!
