Doug makes it a point to respond in a very timely manner for appointments and jobs. Doug has excellent listening skills, paying attention to my needs and concerns - which is important when many changes are being discussed. We couldn't do all of the celiing light placements as I had initially wished, due to structural issues with my house. But Doug was creative in figuring out excellent alternatives. For me this is very important, because it reduced my stress level of the remodel. Thumbs up for Doug and his crew.
Description of Work: Doug and his crew played an important role in my kitchen remodel - relocation of electrical plugs and adding can lighting to ceiling.

Doug worked on our landscapers schedule to disconnect and move the generator he originally installed back in August of 2012 when we built our house. After the landscaper completed their work, Doug and his team immediately came back to reconnect the generator. Peak electric was very responsive our needs. Good thing too as a storm came through later. Peak electric will be our first call for our electrical needs. It worked out very well.
Description of Work: Disconnected, moved, and reconnected our generator for landscapers.

Description of Work: I CALLED THEM IN MID MARCH TO BE SCHEDULED ON THEIR CALENDAR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A LAMP POST FOR THE LAST WEEK OF APRIL. THIS WAS TO ALLOW THIS WORK TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CONCRETE AND OTHER LANDSCAPING THAT HAD BEEN SCHEDULED. THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD SCHEDULE ME FOR A DAY FOR THAT WEEK BUT TO CALL BACK IN MID APRIL FOR THE EXACT DAY. UPON CALLING BACK THEY INDICATED THAT SOME OF THEIR ELECTRICIANS WERE ON VACATION THAT WEEK AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH A DATE. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I LEFT MESSAGES TWO TIMES AFTER THAT. MY CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED.
