I was quite happy with the work until a section started to sink in less then a year. I contacted the owner immediately (Carlos) in July/20 who stated that he would take care of it as soon as he could but when I didn't hear from him within a two month period I contacted him again in September/2020 to which he gave me his word that he would take care of it. To this day my wall still hasn't been repaired nor have I heard from him. I have attempted to contact him on several occasions with no response. I now have a section of my wall sinking and I'm now going to have to pay someone else to repair it.

We initially connected by text on April 22 for the proposal which was arranged thru Angie's list. A week later Carlos came by to take a look and begin the process and said he would draw up sketches and an estimate for the work. On May 9 I reached out to get an update. He said he was sending contracts today and asked if his crew could come by and removed the mulch and take down the playground, which I agreed to. We paid for that service, not sure how much but they did a good job. The proposal he sent over only covered this work. I had to reach out to him a few days later to inquire about the next step--providing a proposal/estimate for sodding that area vs patio, which we discussed on Apr 22. He responded a couple of days later to say that he was working on it and would have it done by the end of the week--that was May 14th. I received nothing and reached out to him on May 22nd and he told me he would send me sketches that night. Nothing. The following day I reached out by text again to tell him that we decided to sod that area and would like to expand an existing paver patio. He responded that he would come by at the end of the day. Never showed. I sent a few texts that were not answered until a few days later. Then, on 5/28 we agreed to meet in the morning the following day. I waited until the morning was nearly over and went to work. Reached out to him later that afternoon and he said he showed up at noon. Now have been texting back and forth about when he might come by to look at our new proposal and can't get an answer. Too many delays, poor responsiveness, and inconsiderate of my time and needs. I'll move on. Very disappointed with the experience.
