For over 18 years, Klassy Kleaners has provided low cost, high quality residential cleaning service to homes in Racine County, Parts of Waukesha County, Parts of Walworth County and Kenosha county. Whether you are looking for a regular bi-weekly cleanings, monthly, or just want to make the house look nice for a special occasion, or holiday. From your kitchen to living room, dinning room, rec room, bathrooms, laundry room, bedrooms, and any other room needing to be deep cleaned. All floors are done by hand and all chemicals are provided. Description of Work: Initially I was contacted by Klassy Kleaners. I was unable to set up an appointment at the time because I had found mold in my house. I was getting ill as well as my pets. I didn't want anyone else to get sick. I had 3 months to use the service. Would have been OK except we had those terrible floods and the mold remediation companies kept canceling on us due to the emergency work they had to preform due to flooding and everything else. I finally had the work started and we ran into some problems while the remediation was being done. I called Klassy Kleaners on May 20th, 2013. My expiration date was may 21, 2013. I relayed to Ashlee what had happened and she said she would honor the certificate. That she would call back that following week when she got back into town. Well not only has she not called back but she hasn't returned my calls. I find this appalling to say the least.

As politely and as professionally as I can put it, this is not accurate. I called you 12 times. I emailed you. Angie’s List representatives have attempted to call you several times. Unfortunately, this review is just not true. We had a verbal agreement to do this job in June (as I was having surgery—not out of town). It's unfortunate that you were not satisfied with your cleaning. It's more challenging when your home has all occupants home, loose animals through out the house, and much clutter throughout your home. The big deal you purchased only allowed us two hours of work, which is the reason for yor home not to be complete. Our team offered to do more work, you had said everything was fine and not to worry. I'm sorry again for any inconvience
