Klassy Kleaners

Description of Work: Klassy Cleaners does an awesome job. I asked them to pay particular attention to cleaning the floors. My whole house was clean in 2 hours with 2 workers.

Description of Work: They clean my house I set up a scheduled regular cleaning. They would miss rooms not show up and come when they were not scheduled. Very disappointed. I thought my picking a service recommended by Angies List I would get a professional service. This was one of the worst services I have ever used!

Description of Work: Ashley and her crew are always upbeat and pleasant and do a wonderful job. Yesterday they came to clean the outside of all the windows in my home. They had already cleaned the inside several weeks ago. To be able to get any kind of cleaning help when I need it at a very reasonable price is wonderful!! And on top of that my dogs adore these women. Can't get a better character reference than that.

Description of Work: They did a good job. I did not like that, after the initial "3 room deal" that's what they continued to offer. It was just three main areas, and if I asked for more attention to a certain room (kitchen) they needed to call their supervisor and find out if they could clean it, and then if they could it was for an additional cost. I needed help after my mom died and this situation added stress.

Description of Work: This is the first time I have used Angie's List. The rep from Angie's List was terrific. Klassy Kleeners were not up to par, unfortunately. Some of the cleaning was done well but the overall work was spotty i.e. vacuuming was poorly done, dusting was careless and not thorough, a bathroom floor was not cleaned completely leaving the area under a small, lightweight cabinet with cat hair. Yet, some areas were cleaned perfectly i.e. the large shower was spotless, the hall bath was cleaned well as was the utility room. I would have preferred not to give this poor review and hope that this one job does not represent Klassy Kleen so that this company's good name remains.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the $125 offer (I think it was for 5 hours, but I don't really remember). Anyway, I had very limited availability, but I was also in hurry to get some things done. They REALLY worked to fit with my schedule...I was impressed by that alone. | |Three people showed up to do the work. They were punctual, very kind an professional. They did exactly what I asked and actually tried to do a little more, but since I was doing other work in the home I had to stop them :-) | |Once they were done, I was asked to take a look at everything in case they missed something or it needed to be redone. Nothing was missed and nothing needed to be redone. | |A great experience and I hope to use them again soon.

Description of Work: The service provider cleaned my house. They were prompted in scheduling the day of my appointment, but I had to contact them before they'd nail down a time, even though the visit was only 2 days away. On the day, they alerted me that the team would be arriving early. I was generally pleased with their cleaning. Whoever cleaned the downstairs bathroom went above and beyond by working to remove the color that stained the toilet seat. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that some spots were missed when dusting and they weren't real careful in moving the electronics. In one instance a cord had actually pulled out and the electronics weren't put back in their place. But everything else was done well. |I

Description of Work: I would love to forward copies of emails from the company. After trying to work with the company said e finally agreed on a date and time for service. The company showed up almost an hour early when I had already told I worked until 3 and could be there by 315. She told me she had a cancellation earlier and wanted to get in early to do the job because her husband was waiting for her to come home to go out of town at 5 and her kids had a half day of school and she lived 45 minutes, no she corrected that 48 minutes away and didn't want to be late. How is this as the customer my problem? She asked if someone else could let her in. As she was to clean my deceased mothers house that was not a possibility. She complained that she would have to pay her girls to just sit there for 45 minutes until our agreed upon time cane and waited for me. Again, how was this my problem. She didn't want me to leave a bad review so she offered to come on Monday the holiday. I was already meeting her on my husbands birthday the 22nd. I spent 9 months away from my family taking care of my sick mom. I was not going to give up another holiday/birthday because the company committed to a schedule she probably should not have made. I was not going to meet her on the holiday after all the emails going back and forth to arrange a time. I was having an estate sale and needed the kitchen and 2 washrooms cleaned so while people shopped the house would show nice for a possible showing. I didn't deserve the attitude and where in all of this was her misscheduling my fault/problem. I was able to get another cleaning company to come clean first thing the next morning. I would not recommend Klassy Kleaners based solely on commitment, attitude and professionalism.
