Ashlee and her team consistently do an extremely thorough job on my house each month. When I've asked her to pay extra attention to a certain room or task, she's always been very responsive and flexible. I couldn't be happier with her service!

Their pricing is reasonable. It's very comparable to what I was paying previous. The think that I like very much is they do a very consistent good job and they put everything back where it was. The second thing is that they are really trustworthy.

The work turned out really good. There were no additional charges to the $149 big deal. Whenever we wanted to ask a few extra things, they did not seem to have any problem with us. They did a real good job and were real friendly. Three people came out, and they met our expectations.

I was in need of a new cleaning service and contacted Ashlee based on the reviews seen here. Ashlee came to my home to view the property, provide an estimate and review my expectations. Later that week she and a coworker did a great job cleaning and met all my expectations.

It went great!!! We are currently in the process of selling our home, so I needed someone who was able to come on a weekly basis. Ashlee is extremely flexible and works around our house schedule of open houses and showings. She responses to our calls in a timely manner and is always pleasant to talk too. As for the cleaning, Ashlee and her team do a fantastic job. They clean the house from top to bottom, to name a few of the items performed dusting, polishing, vacuuming, baseboards, scouring counters, sinks, showers and tubs, and hand washing all our hard floors. Ashlee and her team are open to feedback and want to make sure you have the best. I have never had any issues with the service and extremely happy to have chosen Klassy Kleaners. Now, I just hope wherever I move, I can still be in their service area!! :)

I had knee surgery a few weeks ago and haven't been able to clean the house at all. I was relieved to see Klassy Kleaners big deal for 6 hours of deep housecleaning. Ashlee and her team did an incredible job! Everything was dusted (including baseboards), kid fingerprints wiped off the windows, floors gleaming, and I've never seen the stainless steel in the kitchen so shiny! Ashlee was prompt, professional, and I would definitely recommend Klassy Kleaners and use this service again.

They were a family of 2 working together in total sync. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely call them again, Everything looked beautiful when they were finished.

Very pleasant to talk to, why they continued to clean. Polite to 20 month old grand child. They are a two person team with approx 2hours on the job, which looked great. Flooring cleaned by hand and knees. Furniture (leather) all hand wiped. Over all very professional and great people to have clean my home. I have them every other week.

Ashley and her mom came in.. I showed them around the house and they took over from there.. they are fast efficient and wonderful! I felt comfortable with them from the start! They are highly recomended!

Ashley and her mom came out on time even tho we were in the middle of a snow storm. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They worked hard for 3+ hours. I have multiple dogs and they did not mind the pet hair. They used their own equipment and cleaners. You could tell these women knew what they were doing! They performed magic on my microwave, making it look like new! Also gave me tips so that I could get the same results. I truly appreciated their help, I have been overwhelmed with my cleaning duties and they were life-savers. You could tell they took pride in their work and were very motivated. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and have scheduled them to come back again. Ashlee and team have been cleaning for me for close to a year now. Everything is spotless when I come home. If I need something done other than what we had agreed on I simply write a note to Ashlee and it gets done. If she ever has questions on anything she will call or text. I have had several compliments on how clean the house is ... all thanks to Klassy Kleaners!

Ashlee responded quickly to my initial e-mai inquiry and was very understanding re: scheduling, the possibility that we may need to reschedule at the last minute if my daughter was in the middle of labor, etc. Ashlee even sent a reminder e-mail the day before our scheduled day. Even though there was a lot of snow falling, she and another team member showed up right on time and did an outstanding job of cleaning the entire house. They moved furniture to vacuum and moved all the numerous knick-knacks for dusting. They even did the floorboards for just $10 more. We could not have been happier.

Ashlee and her team were a lifesaver! I threw out my back cleaning up for family to come visit and she was able to squeeze me in within a week. My home looked amazing after they left, and it gave me huge peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to scramble to scrub everything down. They were also quite okay with my over excited puppy, what a relief! I'll be hiring Klassy Kleaners on a regular basis.

This has been a good experience so far. My house was cleaned just as we discussed when I got home from work that day. Ashlee definitely knows what she is doing, and she was very prompt to return my call and set up the consultation as well as the first cleaning. I plan to have her come back every 2 weeks.

Klassy Kleaners has done my housecleaning semi-monthly for over 2 years. Ashlee and her associate, Jeannie, are responsive, reliable and trustworthy. The house is always nice and clean when I get home; they do a nice job. I attach a key lock-box on the door, and she and her associate enter and clean while I am at work. Pricing is competitive.
