Can't tell you how pleased I am with Klassy Kleaners! They are always on time. Do an amazing job. Very professional. If I'm home when they are cleaning they have me check when they are done to make sure they didn't miss anything. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to everyone ! I have had other cleaners in the past and they don't compare to Klassy Kleaners!

They arrived on time and did a great job! They vacuumed, cleaned floors, all 3 of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and finished rec room. They were very accommodating to get me scheduled at a time and day that was convenient for me. Definitely plan on using them again.

Let me start by saying I am comparing Klassy Kleaners to a fantastic housecleaning service I had up in the Milwaukee area before moving to Kenosha. The price was in the same ball park (a little more for a larger house), so I am comparing like services. I am holding Klassy Kleaners up to a high standard of what good housecleaning should be. I am very picky. We started with this service by purchasing a deal on Angie's List and then have stayed with them for about 2 months now. They do a good job of standard cleaning.They do a good job getting things dusted and vacuumed and washed. Sometimes at first they missed things or seemed to go through the motions of cleaning without paying attention to whether they actually got the thing completely clean or not. For example, the bathtub might not be completely clean all over because it really needed hard scrubbing in one little place to get it clean there, or an item in the bathroom should have been dusted, but you don't usually think about dusting things in the bathroom, just washing them. Having said that, now if I point out missed things to the owner, she has the right attitude about fixing it next time, and she is very pleasant to deal with. And they have never broken anything by going too fast. That is important. I like coming home to a clean house. I'm glad I found this service!

No disruption to household routine. All three workers stayed on task the entire time. Machinery was very efficient and well maintained. Very little noise. The staff obviously take pride in the work they perform and they work harmoniously. Overall the 'Deal' was very worth the price. I will enthusiastically recommend Klassy Kleaners to others and will be considering using them routinely.

The girls arrived on time as promised. There were three of them and they divided the work out between themselves. They were all very nice and pleasant. I had to go take care of some things that morning so I told them what needed to be done and what priorities needed the most attention. I felt comfortable enough with them after just meeting them for a few minutes that I could just go away and do my other errands without worrying about them. I had been working a lot of hours lately and the house had gone into some neglect, so there was a lot for them to do. I had guests coming into town so I needed the extra help. They did not get everything done, but that was not their fault. It was understandable considering the amount of work that had to be done. There was just too much to do at the time, but they helped me make a good dent in it. I would certainly hire them again if I need some extra cleaning done and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

Arrived early and ready to go. got right down to business and did a wonderful job. They cleaned wood floors, vacuumed rugs, dusted, deep cleaned kitchen and two bathrooms. All are sparkling. Worked efficiently to accomplish everything in time frame promised. Will definitely use them in the future and will also explore for my business's cleaning jobs.

After not getting a straight answer for days on end I finally called Angie's List. They put me in touch with that dept. I read all the emails from us both and they agreed way too difficult. I get that 4 hrs for 1 person. 2hr for 2 people...but when you start adding 3 people. Giving me 2 or 3 hrs time frame that adds to the cost of going way over. But the way its worded back is very vague. Not good business. Even though they have a A rating after reading that not as much was accomplished as thought...even though job was good that had been does not ring true to me. We all clean our homes. We have a sense on what should be accomplished unless really extreme. Just got a very bad feeling from them.

Graet. The cleaning crew shows up on time and cleans the house from top to bottom.

I bought an Angie's Deal to try out some cleaners in the area. Klassy Cleaners did a good job, but there were a couple things missed during the cleaning- like cleaning the kitchen sink and vacuuming the stairs leading to the basement. All in all they did a good job cleaning. The only reason for not using them again would be the regular cleaning price- it was a little higher than I was willing to pay. I am still getting used to the house cleaning prices in the area from where we used to live. For now, I will continue to do the housework.

Definitely good value for the price charged. The top rating on this website that attracted us initially is clearly correct. Hire Klassy Kleaners with confidence!

Wonderful!!! The house is more organized, super squeaky clean and smells great. As an overworked "older" woman the relief I experienced walking into my lovely clean home was almost overwhelming. Thank you so much to Ashley, Erica and Felicia. And wow I hope I have all three names correct. Not only did you do a wonderful job but you passed an even more important test for me. The dogs and the child both liked you and you liked them. You are the only kind of providers I will now allow to work in my home. Any other reaction and that person is not called back. I am now looking for deep cleaning. Will be hiring a group that specializes in that. Thank you for the preliminary work done on our home. Some of the rooms were done very well, others were just semi done. Granted the house was in need and they did have 5 hours. We were pleased with most of what was accomplished but had hoped for more. Didn't leave a list of what they had done nor estimates for future work which we had agreed they would do. She did make contact with me the next day.

The crew arrived on time and got the job done. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, living room. All was done with a caring touch and very clean.

WOW!!! I can't say enough about what a great job they did: Baseboards, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Vacuuming, Woodwork --- I couldn't be more pleased. The place is ready for photos and public listing after their visit. Truthfully --they exceeded some very high expectations I had. Not only that, but they did all their work with a positive attitude. I would recommend this service many times over. Their rates were very reasonable.

They were wonderful. I have used their services once a month since purchasing the deal. I used to clean houses and I was very pleased with how thorough they are and their attention to detail. I now have them clean the kitchen, living room, family room and four bedrooms when they come.

I was very happy with my service from Klassy Kleaners. They asked me exactly what I wanted done and had me make a list with my priorities. They were very professional from start to finish and I think they did a fantastic job in cleaning my house. I wanted to make sure my house was extra clean for our guests coming in for Thanksgiving dinner. We have three cats, so I was especially concerned with the removal of pet hair for people with allergies. The two ladies came in for two hours and managed to hit the majority of my list, which I was very grateful for. Pros: Ashlee was great in figuring out what I wanted and communicated any limitations with me. She set my expectations very well and then exceeded the expectations she had set. Ashlee also followed up with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it definitely was! Cons: None.

These gals were the best, cleaned a rental of mine on Friday night to get it ready to show for the weekend. Really did the place fast. It was filthy to start and spotless when done, attention to detail was great, have told many of my friends about them hoping to get them more work.

It was fine and I was pleased. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal price. I think that the deal was for four hours and I have had three people here and they were here for an hour and a half each, so I think that I actually got more than four hours. I cannot think of anything that I disliked about them. They did a really good job. They did a nice job in the bathroom and I think that they did the floors and stuff all by hand. I was very satisfied.
