They did a great job. I'm sure my house wasn't the worst that they've ever seen, but it did need cleaning. I was very satisfied with the results

I guess if you have a door closed it means don't touch it .. at all. I didn't want my cat in my bedroom so my door was closed. They didn't vacuum my floor or do my blinds there. The floors were clean but they did not do along all the walls and in the corners. I heard the head girl talking on her phone for like 20 minutes. My four hours were three girls for about an hour and 15 minutes.

They worked with me on scheduling. Arrived promptly worked quickly, and very professionally. (They even handed washed all the floors, Amazing!) Made my Thanksgiving prep a whole lot less stressful.

The job was very well done and at a very reasonable cost. It was the best feeling in the world to come home to a clean house and I will be using Klassy Kleaners in the future.

Ashlee from Klassy Cleaners contacted me right away to setup the cleaning. She was able to accommodate my schedule and did the cleaning within a few days of me purchasing the deal. She arrived with 2 other employees and spent the next 1 hour and 40 min cleaning my house. They were great to work with, asked if there were any area's I wanted them to focus on etc.. They were very detailed in their cleaning, hand washed all the floors and left the house looking great! We are going to try them on a regular basis because they did such a good job!

The owner of the business is on site and works with at least one other person. They are on time, very efficient and charge a very reasonable fee. I work full time so this very affordable service is wonderful.

Did everything that I asked.

Ashlee was easy to reach and they showed up exactly when they said they would be there. My house looked fantastic when they were done. I will likely use them again.

Ashley and other women are always friendly, polite and thorough. Contacting Ashley is no problem at all, responds very quickly either r by email or text. No problem rescheduling either. And my dogs love all the women who have been here.

Ashlee responsed to all of my questions and concerns and was very professional. She brought all of her own cleaning supplies and did an overall great job! She arrived with another person making the 4 hour cleaning only 2 hours in duration. She followed up with me afterwards to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. I plan to use Ashlee again to determine if her price is comparable with other services. Having bought a package, I'm not sure what the actual cost would be (whether by the hour or by the job). The cleaning was efficient and thorough. The house looked and smelled great. The girls did a very detailed and professional job, and were very pleasant to deal with. I wlil be using Klassy Kleaners again!

They do pretty much everything in my home. I love the smell of the house when they leave. They actually for the stains out of our shower that has been there for years before they came. Yet do all my wood floors by hand, they looked brand new. My home has never looked cleaner and I thank Angie's list for brining these lovely ladies in my home.

Switched cleaning services several months ago. Put off review until several months experience. They do an excellent job. Prior service had fallen off in quality of cleaning and seemed uninterested in improving. Ashley's service is great. She calls us to check on quality of cleaning and satisfaction. Business is small so flexibility in scheduling is somewhat limited, but excellent quality in my opinion is the trade off. We will continue to use. My only constructive criticism would be to schedule each appointment a bit more ahead of time to allow us time to straighten up the house and allow for any schedule conflict. At present, Ashley calls the night before to schedule a time and date.

I'm happy with their service and will continue having them clean our home! They do a thorough job and the owner is very polite. They also work around kids (I'm a SAHM with 2 toddlers). It would be even better if they could always come at a certain time (when kids are away lol), but that doesn't always happen....which just means that they have a lot of other happy customers on their schedule:)

These girls did a great job. I have used other cleaning company's before with no success. Ashlee and her team were able to get things cleaned that I couldn't. Plus they taught me a few things about cleaning. Everything looked great and I plan on using them biweekly.

This was a horrible experience. They did not do quality work at all. I had an entire list of things that weren't done. The young lady was very pleasant, but she just didn't know how to clean.

Klassy Kleaners has cleaned my home every two weeks for several years. Typically, I am not home when they clean, and I enjoy coming home to clean house. They clean every other Tuesday like clockwork. Klassy Kleaners does a thorough job, and I trust them implicitly in my home. Price is very reasonable.

The cleaners do a good job cleaning my home. The owner asks if there is anything they need to do better or differently for the first month or so of cleaning. They bring their own supplies so I don't have to stock them with stuff. They are always pleasant and professional. I do not have any problems leaving them in my home unattended.

Ashlee and team have been cleaning for me for a couple years now. Everything is spotless when I come home. I work from home quite often and the days I am here when they come they are professional and very friendly. If I need something done other than what we had agreed on I simply write a note or send a text to Ashlee and it gets done. If she ever has questions on anything she will call or text. I have had several compliments on how clean the house is ... all thanks to Klassy Kleaners!

They called to give me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they asked me what areas I wanted them to focus on. Before they left, they asked me to check to see if everything looked good. They were very professional and courteous.
