The team was right on time, got right to work, was very friendly and worked diligently. Met the owner of the company; she was quite professional; the team did an awesome job. Very, very pleased.

The company asked for dates that worked for me but could only come on Wednesdays. The service was for deep cleaning and I don't feel like any deep cleaning was done. She said she mopped on her hands and knees but when I came home I still did a once over with a swiffer mop and picked up dirt. She said she didn't get under the beds which I think she could have at least took a broom under them. The beds were made and counters were wiped down but those weren't the services I was looking for and I wouldn't think that would take 4 hours to do. She was very nice through communication and I had to leave a key for her to get into my house since I wasn't able to be home. I was nervous about this but it all went over smoothly. Not a horrible experience but just wasn't what I was looking for in a deep house cleaning.

Klassy Kleaners did an excellent job on our house! They were very polite and came in and got right to work. Unlike previous companies we have used, they didn't just run out the instant their time was up. They paid attention to detail and put the finishing touches on while they had me inspect all the rooms to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Communication could be improved a bit (came an hour early without calling) but the work they did was worth it. We would hire again.

Upon completion of the "deal" I was entirely satisfied with the excellent progress made and we established a continuing schedule. I have found the service to be reliable, thorough and trustworthy. I am very happy with Klassy Kleaners and highly recommend them.

A group of 3 did our 4 bathrooms thoroughly

3 ladies arrived the only confusion on my part was 4hrs for $99, however it's divided by 3 ladies so it was 1 1/2 hr session. I will have them again to do l/r, d/r, 3 b/r. but the guys bathroom took 2 ladies awhile to get clean but it is sparkling clean

I was extremely impressed with my initial interaction with Ashley and every interaction since. She called me right away and answered all of my questions. I explained to her that I was looking for a regular house cleaner and that I was very picky with high expectations. Ashley worked me into her schedule the next week and now on a regular weekly schedule. She and her two crew members are very thorough, they are respectful of my home and my belongings. At first I would schedule to be home when they cleaned but I feel comfortable and trust Ashley with my dog and cat so now she comes in, cleans, locks up and I come home to a wonderfully clean, fresh house. I have lived in several different states and had numerous house keepers and I would highly recommend Ashley and Klassy Kleaners to anyone who is particular and picky, I'm confident that you won't be disappointed.

The service went very well. Three cleaners came out and completed the job in about an hour and 40 minutes. They were able to clean the entire house in that time and did a very good job. They were also punctual and made sure to remind me of our appointment the night before. They did have to reschedule our appointment but they gave me plenty of warning and it was not an issue for me.

Service was done in a timely manner. They Y were punctual in showing up at the time they said. I have a service in another home else where. These girls did a similar job to someone I have known for years. I would suggest using them.

With such a busy work and family schedule I decided to have our house deep cleaned. I requested that all of the wood work including baseboards be cleaned, floors swept, mopped and vacuumed, bathrooms cleaned, furniture dusted and they even got the cobwebs too! I came home from work and was completely amazed and what Ashley and her team accomplished in such a short time. We are more than happy with the quality of work done by Klassy Kleaners. I will be scheduling bi monthly appointments with Ashley and her team as soon as possible.

So early Friday morning about 4:30 am I couldn't sleep and I was thinking that my pregnant wife needed help with cleaning the house that day. She is having a hard time bending down and moving around being that she is progressing to later stages of her pregnancy. So I said to myself I want to help because I will be a work all day. So I purchased the great deal on Angies list and contacted Ashely early to contact me about getting the home clean before 4:30 that evening. The deadline was because we had other engagements we needed to be ready for. So around 7:30 am Ashley contacted me and said that they would be able to come at 8:45 to take care of our home. So I was very excited that they were able to come so early. Remember the great deals usually have to be scheduled having a lead time of a couple of days, but Ashely understood my need and decided to take care of it. She made me feel like I was a priority on her list. Ashley was easy to communicate with and this made the experience even more comfortable for me. This was my first time using a cleaning service. My wife had some worries but I said their reviews are great. So Ashley's team was excellent. They were professional and careful with all that they did. My wife and my daughter were at home and they felt comfortable with the team. The girls knew what they needed to do and were able to complete on time. The house was in great shape and I felt calm knowing that the house was clean and my wife would feel more relaxed that it was taken care of. Three women came in and got right to work. One upstairs cleaning both bathrooms and dusting and vacuuming all the bedrooms. One working on my entire kitchen. My stove has not looked so clean in 15 years. The other one worked on the rest of the first floor and rec room. The were professional and very thorough. They dusted everything in the entire house. I haven't seen my house this clean in a long time. They were very friendly too. I would use them over and over again!!

They arrived around the time frame that they told me they would be here. They stayed for the time that they said - 3 people for 1hour and 20 minutes (for a total of 4 hours of cleaning).

I was very pleased with the service and work that was provided by Ashlee and her team. Everything was cleaned to my expectation and she did ask before leaving if there was anything else that I wanted done or was not satisfactory. All the hardwood floors were scrubbed by hand and all rugs vaccumed. Very satisfied!

These wonderful young women (Megan and Sam) took on an estate house that had been neglected in every sense of the word. Their hard work literally changed this house back into a home. All the wood is gleaming; tile surfaces and countertops are shiny; drapes and carpeting are free of dust and cobwebs. Closets and cupboards are clean inside and out. They even washed windows. The transformation is truly remarkable. Thank you many times over!

I was very impressed with the quality of Klassy Kleaners work. They exceeded my expectations, and managed to get my shower stall sparkling clean, which was not an easy task. They were professional, but also a pleasure to have in my home. I gave them a list of priority items, and after they finished they asked what else they could do. I'd recommend them without reservation.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Klassy Kleaners. They were punctual and professional. They even gave me pointers on how to clean hard water spots. They did an excellent job and the house was SPOTLESS when they left. I definitely would recommend them.

Our experience was good. I believe they charged a hundred dollars for five hours. They are very dependable and nice. They wanted to make sure that they did what you ask them and that it was to your liking. They are just overall very nice.

Ashlee and one helper arrived at the appointed time. They have all their own cleaning equipment, other than water which I supplied :). I didn't know what to expect from professionals and am I impressed. They cleaned where I wouldn't have even thought of cleaning. Little things like cleaning the book case in the den, behind furniture, in corners, under the beds, I'm clean where there hasn't been clean in almost a decade. I might add Ashlee is bright, smart and a fun person, a real joy to be around. And, I appreciate her showing me just how much dirt she was able to pick up when cleaning a certain area. She also advised me to change my furnace filter to match up with the cleaner house. The deal was for 4 hours work and with two, it was two actual hours. I more than got my money's worth and then some. Even the carpeting, which I usually take care of myself, seems fluffier and cleaner somehow. I'm sure I've missed something in this review but I'm Krazy over Klassy Kleaners. I plan to have them back again...and again.
