Klassy Kleaners

I have had Klassy Kleaners clean my home for about 2 years. I need to say I am very fussy about my house and want it done better than I could do. Thats just what I get! Perfect shiny house! Shows up on time and work quickly! If I have ever had a small issue they come back immediatley to correct it . They are always open to all my questions and ask me to check their work. Great Company. You won't be disappointed

Scheduling conflicts came up that didn't allow for the services to be preformed. Ashley did return phone calls and emails promptly. I will use in the future.

The team of 3 cleaners got to work immediately. They listened to what I wanted, and when they were finished the house looked great. It would have taken me many more hours to get the same results. I will happily use their service again!

Thought they could have gotten more done than I did.

I bought a 4 hour cleaning package off Angie's List for $99.00! 3 young ladies showed up and informed me that they would be here for approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. 1 hour and 20 minutes times 3 people = 4 hours. In a way I was happy to hear that they would finish early, but was afraid they wouldn't get everything done. They promptly split up the chores (kitchen, bathrooms, & dusting), and made quick work of it. They then vacuumed and finished up in a timely manner. I was very happy with their service, and would certainly use them again!

I did not have a great experience with this company. Ashley did try to rectify the situation and it did work out ok; but even then there were a few issues which is why I can only give the company a "C' rating, which I think is being rather generous. The cleaning ladies were supposed to arrive at my home on 6/23/15. I received a call in the late afternoon, after someone had been waiting around all morning and half of the afternoon for the ladies to show up, that one of the ladies on the cleaning crew got ill at the previous job and rather than bring the girl who was throwing up/vomiting to my home, they were going to reschedule my appointment. ok....I can totally understand. We rescheduled for 6/25/15. 3 ladies came around 2:00 pm and left around 3:30 (my father in law was over babysitting and to let the ladies into our home). When I arrived home that evening, to my complete astonishment, it looked like nothing was cleaned at all. Basically, my home looked exactly like I left it. Ashley sent me a message to ask how the cleaning went. I gave her my honest opinion and even sent her pictures of the "work" that was/was not done. In an effort to rectify the situation, Ashley offered to come the following week to redo the work. I appreciated her response and that she was willing to try to remedy the situation. When Ashley arrived back into town (she was on vacation when the ladies came to clean), she sent me a message as to which day that week would work. Then I was informed the week of June 29-July 3 was probably not the best week for the ladies and that perhaps, I could wait until after the holiday. Ok......I can be reasonable and do that. We scheduled for July 9. The evening prior, Ashley called me to let me know she would see me the next morning. I had errands to run in the morning, but I wanted to make sure I was home when the ladies showed up in the morning so I waited......and waited.......and waited. Finally, at 1 pm. I sent a message inquiring of the whereabouts of the ladies since the "morning" has clearly passed. The ladies came around 1:30 p.m. I left the same list of cleaning "priorities" for the ladies that I had written out for 6/23. I was told that if it wasn't on the list, it was not getting cleaned so it was basically my fault that I assumed the list was just "priorities" and that the rest of the areas should be standard. For example, I put for the showers/tubs to be cleaning and so they were, but the toilets and sinks in the bathrooms were then not touched since I did not have it listed in the "priorities". Anyway......overall when the ladies came around the second time, I was satisfied with their work. I do appreciated Ashley working to rectify the situation from the first round of cleaning work which is why I did not rate this company with a "F". I wish that I could say I would use Klassy Kleaners in the future, but I cannot trust the quality of work (depending on who shows up for the job) and punctuality does not seem to be priority for the company.

It went well. My wife was happy with the service.

Ashlee was perfect from start to finish! How refreshing to get prompt, professional and perfect service....like the old days when you could actually expect that 90% of the time, not 10%. If all services, employee and just plain folk had her work ethic and her integrity, what a country we would have. So sad.... But, thanks to Ashlee, we are getting through the process of cleaning up after a nightmare tenant. Thank you Ashlee!!!

Excellent. They were fast and efficient and detail oriented and very trustworthy!! I was at work when they came. They even picked a specific detailed chore and organized on of the rooms!!

I was a pain with trying to schedule and they were extremely patient. Before the cleaning, I spoke with them regarding what exactly I wanted clean and at now time did she say that was too much work. We weren't home when they came, but I received a text message letting me know they were there. They did a great job and we will be using them in the future.

Pretty good. The thing that stood out the most with them was they did a very good job.

Very well. I am going to continue to have them come about every 4 weeks.

Have had KK coming back several times. Each time well satisfied, except once, which they immediately rectified. Efficient, punctual, conscientious & personable.

Horrible. Finally was able to get into an email dialogue with Klassy Kleaners. Thought we were making progress. Then she didn't like the location for an evening cleaning. I said I preferred daytime anyways and asked how soon can we schedule. Still no answer 2 days later.

Team arrived promptly, were professional, and did an excellent job

We've been using Klassy Kleaners for just over a year now. We initially used them for a one-time deep clean after buying our home. The house had been occupied by a tenant for 9 months prior to us buying it, and it was definitely showing signs of neglect. Ashlee and her girls did such a great job... hand scrubbing the wood floors, cleaning the insides of the kitchen cupboards and drawers, dusting and polishing everything until it sparkled and actually smelled clean. Ashlee's estimate for the deep clean was far too low compared to the amount of time that was actually required to get the house fully cleaned, but she never asked for more money and they didn't cut corners just to get the underbid job over with. We were so happy with the work and the attitude that we wrote her an additional check, making the payment twice that of what she quoted us. Ashlee and her team have been doing regular cleanings of our home ever since. She customizes the cleaning based on which areas of the home are used less frequently, works around our travel/vacation plans, and makes suggestions to us for maintenance and upkeep. Klassy Kleaners is the best!

The crew was great and professional. Everything was to our liking. They were on time and do what they say they will do.

We have been using Klassy Kleaners for almost a year. They are easy to work with, easy to communicate with, trustworthy. They do what we need done and our responsive to our needs and requests. We are very happy with Klassy Kleaners.

Found some mold in bathrooms so bleached with a toothbrush! Tile floors were spotless! Kitchen dining area and granite counters were sparkly shiny! She even came on a Sat. Because her Friday homes took longer than expected!

Deep cleaned corners, base boards, furniture, basement bath which was quite a project because it isn't used, both upstairs baths, all tile floors and granite counter tops, all handles, door knobs, chairs! We are both battling auto-immune diseases and the products they use are lung friendly, unless they find mold or mildew!

Great job! I only had to stay out of their way. Very professional and hard working. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

They did a fantastic job cleaning my house. They were in and out in less than two hours. I highly recommend Klassy Kleaners!!!

Purchased 5 hours of cleaning from a deal. Person I communicated with was friendly and responsive, and the three people that were on site were thorough and professional. Overall happy with the work and value. My only feedback would be after several communications on schedule and changes they showed up almost three hours early and luckily we were able to accommodate that.

We were in a bind before Easter to get everything in order for the family. We turned to Angie's List and got the deal from Klassy Kleaners for 4 hours of cleaning. Ashely contacted me and despite short notice was able to work us into the schedule and also stay longer so we could get more done beyond the four hours. Ashley and her crew were very polite and professional and did a great job. We're going to become regular cleaning clients now to help two busy professionals keep the house in order!

Klassy Kleaners was awesome! I will definitely use them again!
