Klassy Kleaners

I cannot find how to change a review I have given previously, so I would like to say that everything is resolved with my previous review and they did a great job following up and offering to come and clean where things were missed.

They were on time and very nice. I had to sit in a bedroom with my dogs so was not able to watch them work. They were here for over an hour. None of the rugs were moved for mopping. Small kitchen mats and a doorway rug so nothing large. Blinds were not wiped, not sure if I had to state that I wanted that done before they started. Nothing was wiped on the toilet or behind or around. Was not touched. Garbage can was not moved when they mopped or anything under a counter. No mopping reached under the kitchen table. Asked for cabinets to be wiped. Most were but some were not. The manager called me and was very apologetic and said someone else could come out but I didn’t want to put my dogs away again as well as we are just going to clean it ourselves. Thought it would be done correctly the first time. First time hiring a cleaning company. Very disappointed. Will not hire again.

We have used Klassy Kleaners for several years in our condo and in our home. Ashlee and her team are always prompt, professional, and provide a high level of service when cleaning our house. She is great with communication and we would highly recommend Klassy Kleaners to any family in need of regular house cleaning.

Great!! The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless, the wood floors are clean, and everything is vacuumed and dusted. The women are professional and our dogs love them!

Love Ashlee and her team. Always responsive to my texts/ messages. They LOVE our dogs! Great group that are trustworthy and fun. They do an amazing job! And timely. We have a very busy household and Thursdays are our favorite day of the week-we know it will be clean! We have gotten to know the ladies a lot more during Covid (because we are ALWAYS here) and they are always very pleasant. Would recommend them to everyone. You won’t be sorry.

AMAZING welcome home! Just got home from working last night and Ashley & Taylor from Klassy Kleaners are here disinfecting and cleaning the house. Love their work and are amazing to have here. If you are looking for someone to clean they are awesome! Love animals too! Even if you want to have a one time clean to help with all this ‘loveliness’ highly recommended!!! With our new homeschooling situation we are having them come each week to help prevent sicknesses. Won’t be sorry!
