 + 0 moreThey are here on time and very professional, usually in teams of either 3 or 4 people, and owner is with them. They always sound so cheerful while they work and do not waste anytime doing their work. I only ask them to clean my bathrooms, dust the family room, vacuum the stairs to upstairs, and my kitchen floor. They would do more if I asked them to, but I have severe arthritis and cannot bend so they do what I cannot. They are very good and are done in very little time and still do a great job!!!!
Description of Work: cleaned bathrooms, hallways, washer, dryer, stairs, family room, kitchen, kitchen appliances, dusted all wainscoating in hallways, make sure they cleaned all baseboards. Wiped floors on hands and knees not mops, so dirt does not end up being pushed into corners.

 + -1 moreThere was no response from the company to my phone call to arrange move-in cleaning.
Description of Work: I was interested in hiring a crew to clean before I move into a new apartment. I found this company on Angie's List and decided to call them. When I got their voicemail, I left a detailed message with my name, new address, cell phone number, a range of dates and times, and a brief description of what I want done. There was a special offer I wanted to take advantage of, so I also included that information. And then I waited for a call back. After 72 hours, I moved on to my next name from Angie's List, and in one phone call I had everything arranged to my satisfaction. I don't know if there's another side to this. If there is an illness or tragedy in the company, I would expect someone to call to let me know that they can't clean for me. As it is, all I know is that they never responded and apparently aren't interested in my business. I can't recommend them to anyone else, based on my experience.

 + 0 moreAshley & her team did a WONDERFUL job on our home & at a VERY reasonable cost. My favorite part was coming home to two VERY shiny Bathrooms that I NEVER thought I could get clean!! I've attempted to get the grime out, but they worked their MAGIC and seemed to make all the nasties go away. Knowing how they work the 'old fashioned' way, scrubbing everything on their hands & knees, really shows the dedication & pride they took in my home and I know they will in yours. These girls have been a miracle to me and I am happy to have them here helping me out.  + -1 moreAshley was able to co-ordinate my cleaning request in a short time frame due to my listing date needs. Most of the cleaning occurred without anyone on site for supervision. The cleaning was found to be very thorough. This included a very messy under sink area which cam out looking like new.
Description of Work: My home needed cleaning prior to listing for sale. At the time I was no longer living in the home and needed to co-ordinate with Ashley per long distance phone.

Told me because she had a Klassy Kleaner stamp to put on the first line so no need to bother....Well my husband noticed and questioned me about odd checks to companies/ people that we are not familiar with. Looking into it further Ashley was writing MY CHECKS to other people!!!! Total FRAUD!!! When confronted she said it only happened once and the she was SORRY!! It happened way way more than once and sorry doesn't cut it!!! We are for sure taking further action!! FIRE THIS COMPANY AND LOOK INTO WHO SHE HAS BEEN WRITING YOU CHECKS OUT TO ASAP!!!!

We have a set schedule of cleaning, but Ashlee is very flexible when it comes to re-scheduling if a conflict arises. We have been using them for over 2 months and are very happy and have no complaints. With previous cleaning services we have had issues with things getting damaged, but not with Klassy Kleaners. We are very satisfied with the service and will continue to use them.
