the girls did an excellent job. my floors were so clean! Bathrooms clean too.

I've used them a couple times. I give them an A all the way around because my schedule is very tough and she's bent over backwards to try to fit into it.

They are prompt, thorough and very good at their craft. They are also very accommodating. We have a 14 y/o chocolate lab and they work around him and they are great with him too! We can't thank them enough for all they do for us.

Have the ladies once per month, do well. Comfortable with them in my home.

It went very well!! The house looked great and it was so nice not to stress out about cleaning up before the party - I got to focus on other things and just enjoy spending time with my family at his party.

GREAT!!! The team from Klassy Kleaners arrived early and dusted, wiped-down and cleaned everything in preparation for guests who were staying the weekend. I'm looking forward to bringing them in for more work in the future.

The staff at Klassy Kleaners are all very professional and hard working. When they first started cleaning for me, there were a few things I wanted cleaned differently. I contacted the owner and the following week the staff talked to me about what I needed and have continued to do a great job every time. The owner sends me a text the night before my cleaning is scheduled to remind me. The staff is on time and cleans the house very quickly. The house looks great!

To give the house a thorough cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces), it would take me the better part of a day. Ashlee and her crew were done in a little over an hour. They're true professionals.

I find Ashley and her team to be very punctual, responsive, professional and honest. I have had Ashley cleaning for us for about 3 years now. The rates are reasonable and she and the other girls are very good with pets!

The cleaning was OK but arrival times varied wildly. On the last occasion, they were told punctuality was paramount - critical. They arrived 20 minutes late with no apology. Told them to get lost and never called them back.

Klassy is truly classy! They are in and out quickly, leaving clean and orderly behind. The things I value most are the hand scrubbed floors (while I don't mind a mop, it is special to have the floors cleaned so closely), and the spotless microwave. Ashley is a good manager with stable staffing and reliable practices. The agency aims for excellence and attains it.

They came to the door, and were very positive and energetic. They came in introduced themselves and explained what would be completed. They brought all there own stuff, I didn't need to supply anything These girls got right to work. They did a great job, very detailed. The house smells fresh I have no complaints. I actually signed up with these girls to come every other week. There like little miracle workers.

Because there are normally 2 or 3 on the team, they are done in about an hour.

I want to absolutely have them come again. Great job!

Very difficult to communicate with. Tried to schedule estimate and cleaning and she just stopped answering voicemails, emails and texts. Doesn't seem like they are really interested in new business but not returning calls is just unprofessional so I can't recommend them

Nicole and her staff were professional and did a great job at cleaning our home.
